Then this is the festival for you! As the summer wraps up, the annual Stargate Atlantis Summer Music Festival 2025 aims to collect all kinds of fanworks inspired by or about music. Submissions will be open until the end of summer, the autumnal equinox, Tuesday, September 22, 2026.

Throughout the festival, we will regularly update this year’s playlists on Spotify and YouTubeMusic with all of the songs that inspire your works, and we will post them as their own work in the collection at the end of the festival.

like, is this scenario realistic? no. does it make any rational sense? no. does it provide a built-in excuse for a character to collapse, bloody and disoriented, into the arms of his beloved/friend/partner? obviously, that's the whole point of this exercise.

Major/Lieutenant Colonel Sam being the brains WITH brawn (and a crack shot to boot) of SG-1, saving our Galaxy a dozen times over while getting the respect she deserves from her peers. Doesn't let something like a little crush on her Commanding Officer slow her down. Literally her ONLY drawback is the occasional bout of poor writing.

Goes through hell over and over without hesitation and always manages to pull her team out of the fire, kicking many asses along the way.
