SGA Music Festival 2026

Then this is the festival for you! As the summer wraps up, the annual Stargate Atlantis Summer Music Festival 2025 aims to collect all kinds of fanworks inspired by or about music. Submissions will be open until the end of summer, the autumnal equinox, Tuesday, September 22, 2026.

Throughout the festival, we will regularly update this year’s playlists on Spotify and YouTubeMusic with all of the songs that inspire your works, and we will post them as their own work in the collection at the end of the festival.

I was at the ER with my partner under a “sepsis alert” due to possible infection post surgery.

When we pressed the nurse button, the TV came on and began switching on and off over and over, but no nurse. When the nurse finally arrived, they claimed we never pressed the button. Sure enough, the button only seemed to affect TV and not call anyone.

I kid you not, the TV was stuck on showing the Catholic Mass. We couldn’t turn it off, only watch it flick on and off and on and off like it was possessed.

After experimentation, our awesome nurse determined it was a problem with the wall so replacing the remote would not work. However, if we pulled the cord out of the wall, it would change the TV channel AND call the nurse.

So that was what we were told to do, but at least they also wrote their number on the board.

Summary: Some time after Sunday and Phantoms, nightmares plague Rodney. Unable to sleep and seeing ghosts everywhere, he returns to Earth with John in tow. Madison draws pictures to help him feel better and even gives him a lovey. It's a story about recharging that takes place with a Halloween backdrop.

My favorite scenes in the LotR books are the ones where Legolas has vital information and just decides it's not important to share.

Like when Gandalf spent literal PAGES trying to figure out why the vibes were off in Moria and Legolas chimes in with just "it's a balrog :) that shit's evil :) we're so fucked :)" like what do you MEAN you knew already and just didn't tell him??

Or at the beginning of Two Towers when Aragorn thinks there's something nearby so he puts his ear to the ground to listen, and then like 10 minutes later is like "hmmm i hear horses" and Legolas is just like "mm yep. there are 105 blond bitches with spears" like you just let your friend put his face in the dirt and you can SEE them??

guysssss guyssssssssss.... new animation......... they mean so much to me...... SG1 spoilers ahead you have been warned... just started s7 and i am loving them actually going into ascension and the amnesia stuff bc for me personally? if i died, knowing i'd ascend to a higher plane of existence and gain otherworldly powers (thinking i'd never see my friends again but hey, at least i'll finally be able to make a difference now, right?) then descended and regained human form a year later and couldn't remember any of it, only for my friends to tell me i was kind of a dick and didn't interfere or help out with ANYTHING to do with humans... hoo boy i would be kind of conflicted... ALSO. the first thing he remembers being sha're? life changing. peak. him not really wanting to remember anything in case he didn't like who he was? beautiful. the one who convinces him to trust the sgc and go home with them being sam? perfect. him meditating with teal'c and telling him he finally feels like he belongs somewhere? absolutely amazing. the first shot of him being human again being him waking up butt booty naked in a random field? revolutionary. him immediately being nudged back into the punching bag character of the show? wouldn't have it any other way. i have so many fanfic ideas its insane yall PLS if you like anything remotely sci-fi give sg1 a shot...
