Please tell me if you have a secret tip for Void. Shifting isn't a form of just a fun acitivy for me. With permashifting, I simply want to permanently leave this reality and live the life I can't live, to experience the things a normal person experiences. This reality has been hell for me since childhood. I can't bear it anymore, and waking up in this reality every day is slowly killing me. Please help me, and if you've entered the Void before, show me the way. I can't take it anymore, and I need a helping hand.
Note: There will be those who say I absolutely must get help or take a break. No amount of psychological support or money can solve the problems in my life. The only solution is to leave. So please don't make such suggestions. I only want advice about Void, nothing else. Thank you.
i dont have one secret tip that will make you get into the void (if it even exists) but i do have a routine that ive found helps me
i put on a subliminal or frequency in my airpods (usually a void state one not a shifting one)
sit on my bed (i dont like laying down because i usually fall asleep that way) and make sure im fully comfirtable and nothing can disturb me (home alone, not thirsty, window open on hot days, use the toilet before)
meditate with my eyes open for like 5 minutes, then start meditating with my eyes closed
repeat an affirmation (my favourite is “i am void” ) to keep myself awake
i usually do this in the morning like an hour or two after waking up so i dont get tired and fall asleep
sometimes ill watch videos about the void before i do this to get my mind in the mood to meditate
one random tip is not eating (a lot) before since it makes you sleepy and ive found that its much easier to relax and detach from my body if i havent eaten
hope it helps you and im sorry about your situation and i totally get you but sometimes you just have to be patient since desperation can hold you back
also make sure you meditate as often and as much as possible (i usually do an hour or 2 a day)
