Here's a sleep method that literally can make you wake up in the void regardless of what the fuck is happening.
I call it, the "too easy" challenge bc mf the effort is not even there, like I'm not gonna even tell you to lay still or yada yada, I entered the void through it some years ago when I was in my shifting phase and didn't know it was the void, and it's my fav method so far, and y'all, you'll seriously shift or enter the void during those 7 days bc y'know how powerful this shit is???
Now I've seen a lotta people whine and say they lay back, try for it, and "don't enter" which is obviously your assumptions that you can't enter is in the way, so I thought, how about letting them know they can skip this part and just sleep and wake up there? Fun eh?
If anyone remembers, this is actually something a lot of shifters used to do back then, but the toxic shifttokers would be like "NO YOU CANTTT, YOU GOTTA PUT EFFORT TO SHIFTTT" nah fuck you, then how come some ppl shifted through it, like be fr and how "effortless" it was. 🤨
What will you need?/
ONE affirmation of choice:
I always wake up in the void state aware.
The void is too easy to wake up in.
Why do I always wake up in the void aware?
No matter what I do, I still wake up in the void aware.
I just gotta sleep and I'll wake up in the void aware everytime.
I always wake up in my home. (Aka DR).
I always shift in my sleep.
I can always shift by sleeping.
Sleeping helps me shift anywhere I want.
Shifting is too easy for me, I can do it in my sleep (fav).

Can be anything, choose something you like that is either for shifting or the void state, doesn't even matter which or what, just choose something that you love and stick to ONLY ONE.

For the affs, repeat it as though you're REMINDING yourself something, not trying to convince yourself something, you get me? During the days and the nights and literally through anything, just affirm without needing anything, like, your wish if you wanna do robotic affirming or feeling with it while affirming, just remind yourself your goal, Go about your day repeating ONE affirmation, and this can be anything, the reason I'm saying one is bc you don't need a bunch, just one, choose one from here based on what your goal is, shifting or the void?, the moment you wake up to the moment you fall asleep repeat it whenever you like.
Now, this is optional, but if you like, you can loop the desired subliminal you chose during the the day, it's as you wish if you want to.
Now, sleep comes around, right? Listen to the suggestibility subliminal I provided there only once, simply once, now grab yo favorite earphones or whatever and loop the SUBLIMINAL overnight.
Don't think about it, literally don't, don't say "will this work or whatever" nope, trust and know, loop the sub in the background while you sleep, and in that moment, repeat this specific affirmation.
Subconscious mind, I command you to wake me up in (desired reality/ the void).

HOW TO SHIFT FROM A LUCID DREAM

WAKE UP
— start as soon as you realize that you are dreaming. you don’t have to waste time trying to stabilize your dream — this is an optional action, but say in your dream that you are sleeping in your desired reality right now. “i’m in my desired reality. i’m having a lucid dream right now in my desired reality.” — decide that you will wake up in your desired reality. “focus on your dr and affirm that you are waking up in your dr” — well, just wake up. wake up confident that you will open your eyes in your desired reality — woke up in the current reality? fall asleep with the knowledge that you are in your desired reality and repeat the previous actions — repeat this over and over again. don't you dare give up after two or three attempts

i think this method is better than portals. firstly, both in a lucid dream and in the first seconds after waking up you are in a phase state. secondly, this technique was recommended by my favorite @shiftars + this is what @masoncantthinkofaname writes about this shifting method in this post: “the advice i always give people, based on some friends i have that shift through lucid dreams, but also my own opinions, is to wake yourself up. many people go through doors, jump through windows, or lay down to do a shifting attempt, and then get demotivated if they accidentally wake up or lose grip on their dream. so rather than doing a method, wake yourself up, assume you are in your dr, and wake yourself up there. see the lucid dream as ''oh i've shifted, so now i want to wake up to experience my dr!'” also please don’t think that you won’t succeed on the first try! yes, i know that i always say one thing and then ask you to do the exact opposite. but none of that matters. you have already shifted. do not react to 3d and remember that every attempt is successful. good luck!
Best thing about shifting is no one can take it away from you. It's not phone that you can confiscate, it's not wifi that u can Disconnect, even if you get grounded you can still shift. YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO GETS TO DECIDE TO SHIFT OR NOT.

How to use a nap to shift, enter the Void state, or have an OBE
Naps are one of the most powerful underrated tools for consciousness work. If you’ve ever struggled to shift, enter the Void, or astral project at night ,naps might be exactly what your system needs. Here's how to make them work for you.
Before you nap:
1. Keep a soft light on if you can tolerate it. Full darkness may send you into too deep of a sleep phase. Light helps you stay closer to conscious awareness.
2. Drink a little water before your nap. This helps lightly activate your system, and might cause a natural micro-awakening (which you want).
3. Set the intention for micro-awakenings.
A simple sentence like:
"I will gently wake up a few times during this nap without stress, and I'll use those moments wisely."
No pressure, no obsession. Just a gentle mental imprint.
4. Optimal nap time: 20 minutes minimum, 30–90 minutes is often ideal.
Longer naps tend to produce more REM, which means more micro-awakenings and chances for altered states at the end of the nap.
WHY NAPS WORK SO WELL:
You have more frequent micro-awakenings during naps than during full-night sleep cycles.
Why is that helpful?
Because micro-awakenings are literal gateways into:
Astral projection (OBE)
The Void state
Shifting into your Desired Reality
They are moments where you're partially disconnected from your body, but not fully lost in unconsciousness, perfect for transitions.
WHAT TO LISTEN TO (Optional):
Only use sound if you're used to it or if silence feels too intense. Some helpful audio options:
Delta Waves (1–4 Hz) → Best for Void / OBE access.
Theta Waves (4–7 Hz) → For shifting & deep subconscious connection
Soft ambient tracks that remind you of your DR

Silence → totally valid and often better for Void or advanced states
Avoid anything too stimulating or complex (like busy subliminals). A nap should feel like a dream, not a task.
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU WAKE UP MID-NAP:
If you wake up for a second or two,don’t move. That’s a micro-awakening. This is your golden opportunity.
Now choose your pathway:
To astral project (OBE):
Imagine you're rolling, floating, standing, or "falling out" of your body You can also do Michael Raduga's techniques from the phase, it's very effective. .
Feel your non-physical body move while your real one stays still.
Think: “I’m separating now.”
To shift:
Affirm softly in your mind: “I’m already there” or “This is my DR now.”
Visualize a mirror, door, bed, or scene from your DR.
Let the feeling sink in, don’t force anything. If you're not here In 1 to 2 minutes go back to sleep and try again at the next micro awakening
To enter the Void:
Imagine sinking into total darkness.
Repeat words like “Void,” “Let go,” or “I surrender.” Really simple affirmations
Focus on silence, emptiness, and your own presence.
Don’t try to do all three. Pick one and keep your focus gentle.
Note : It's easier to shift and enter the void via astral projection so you can make that your objective and then shift/enter the void from there.
