KWON SEIYA is an exchange student at the Tokyo metropolitan school. She is a simple, introverted, honest, intelligent, teasing, and deeply empathetic girl; she puts little effort into her appearance and generally has no interest in conventional things, preferring instead to sit and imagine what her life might be like if it were different. She loves watching movies and playing video games but hates school and socializing. She is an INFP 4w5 with the Cancer star sign, born on July 10, 2002.

She was born in Sendai but grew up between Mexico and the United States. Seiya does not belong to a "clan"; her Japanese family never formed one, as each member had different priorities. Her parents finally divorced when she was nine, and she continued her education at local schools for sorcery. However, the death of Seiya’s maternal great-grandfather sparked a series of conflicts within the Kwon family, prompting her parents to send her and her brother far away—all the way to Japan.

Seiya is a Grade 2 sorceress. Her ritual technique isn’t inherited and is linked to electricity, storms, static, and glitches. Seiya embodies the calm before the storm, the storm itself, and the sunset that follows. However, she has certain drawbacks; for instance, she must literally recharge using electricity or blue light—or simply stay near streetlights, which suffices. Additionally, the more she uses her technique, the more stress she experiences, potentially leading to anxiety or panic attacks; she tries to manage this and avoid overloading herself to prevent short-circuiting.

SOUL TOUCHING SOUL . . . Seiya is very much an anti romantic ; she has never had a boyfriend, and the truth is, she never considered it urgent or necessary, unlike what everyone else insisted. Sure, she had liked just some people, and she secretly enjoyed the experience of a hidden crush (idealizing someone from afar without taking action), keeping the situation under her own control and safe from vulnerability. She doesn’t love like it’s supposed to, she doesn’t want to have any intimaci cuz she’s asexual, so she feels uncomfortable with all the flirting thing that’s why she stays away from all that

But then... she met a boy, someone new—the kind of person Seiya had never even imagined before. He was a ray of sunshine, very respectful and almost like her, leaving her with no choice but to simply *be*... That pink-haired guy wouldn't let her escape her feelings, and it was funny, because for the first time, Seiya didn't resist that much; she simply let him get close...
