There was an abundance of Splash Fruit until the sludge started falling from the Water Temple, polluting the otherwise clear waters until Prince Sidon (later King Sidon) awakened as the Sage of Water, defeating the Mucktorok with Link & his isekaied companions. Luckily, Opals were also plentiful, granting those with Magic Rods power over water to help clean up the mess (until it breaks lol). 💦

The rock-eating Gorons’ favorite food is Rock Roast, so when an uncharacteristically gruff & mean Yunobo started bringing in Marbled Rock Roast, all they wanted to do all day was eat. Too bad it turned out to be a byproduct of Marbled Gohma - once he was back to his senses, Yunobo climbed Death Mountain & then descended to the Fire Temple where he became the Sage of Fire. 🔥

This is also where Link & Ingo came across an isekaied goober (hehe >u<) in the snow not far from Rito Village. After popping back to Lookout Landing for an outfit change, we braved the blizzard with the young Rito archer, Tulin, & (while I stayed below making something warm lol) they shot down the monster, Coldera, causing it in the Wind Temple. Shortly after, Tulin became the Sage of Wind! 🪽

Notable landmarks include Lookout Landing, the first settlement Link & Ingo happen upon landing on The Surface, & Hyrule Castle, held aloft by Gloom…🏰

The Sky is home to archipelagos of Sky Islands in the upper troposphere (some even higher!), the biggest being The Great Sky Island where Link (& Ingo’s) journey began. Sunny, golden foliage contrasting the blue sky, yielding rare ingredients like Hearty Radishes & Sundelions one can find among the ancient Zonai ruins. ⛅️
