This volume cover is driving me insane
Why. Why do they have THIS as the cover for volume 6. Are they trying to imply something. 🤨 is Rhyno a masochist as well as sadistic? I definitely feel like he’d enjoy bondage for The Experience
(If you are a monster lover and want a very interesting character, can’t recommend him enough. He’s absolutely terrifying in the deeply insidious way only children can be. I love how he’s written. He’s logically intelligent but emotionally a child who just wants to have fun and play but doesn’t quite understand that the games he plays are sometimes dangerous and scary. And even when he does, he’s still like “eh, whatever, I’m having fun.“ and then just bounces onto the next thing. Like. He totally lives in the moment and nothing is ever really personal with him unless you’re Teoritta. He hates her because she gets head pats and praise and he doesn’t. He’s like a damn border collie. Very smart, eager to please, and jealous as all sin. Can be extremely intimidating when he’s Focused but rarely means harm — though not meaning harm and not doing it are two different things. Things he doesn’t really understand. Anyone with siblings has heard “but I didn’t MEAN it!” And yeah, that’s basically him.
He’s wonderful and terrifying and I think I’m in love. He’s a lot like Frankenstein’s monster, but instead of being angry, he’s just perpetually, bordering on hysterically happy and carefree. Life’s a series of games and he lives to experience everything. Truly deserves the name Puck.)
