Mine doesn’t really have lore, I just am in a bunch of different fandoms with no correlation, and I post about them all
@privygrid
My only mutual that posts
Hehe hi
So mine comes from among us, specifically around the time they added the account feature and you could generate random names and at some point i got "privygrid" and it like immediately resonated with me so i use it everywhere now
tags with my questions/guesses below the cut
my username is nebula without the first letter, and that's actually the name of basically an oc i have who's a duck, and she's a duck because i had (and still have) an obsession with ducks when i was maybe 9 years old. it's explained more here
tags below the cut (holy hell i have so many mutuals)
mine is just two derivations of my real name of varying congruence lol
@mbumblebuzz @soulsisteremphiee @duolc123125 @ang3l-ocean @rin-yaps @clownkiss3r @dragonslayer26806 @cattreats4humans @dumflowr @yanderelesbian :3
Ok mine is so fucking stupid:
Thx for the tag!!!
Mine hasn’t changed since I first got on tumblr as a 12 year old xD Breeze is my name and for the second part I love the song Moon River, also I was at the height of my moon!Varian obsession and I love to swim -> water -> river so it was a funny coincidence that it matched :3 also it sounded very fancy and aesthetic to young me xD

Hm, aight! Basically, this one's an old one, barring the 300 i've started adding :v About uh... fifteen or more years ago, one of my fave games was Bionicle Heroes for the PC (i had a pirated copy my dad got me :3 ) and well...
Yeah :V

I have three blogs so I'll explain them all!
@scribbl3dog (my main), I've always loved to draw and write, so scribble, and I was fairly certain that my fursona would stay a dog, hence the dog, the 3 in the username is just there to look cool (and also since @scribbledog already exists), the 3 was inspired by the titles of Femtanyl songs
@scribblethedog (roleplay blog), I liked the scribble in my username so much that I made it the name of my fursona, who eventually branched out into her own character,
@thefatjolteon (reblog blog) was originally thefatflareon, but I really like yellow so I used jolteon so I could make the blog extra yellow, I used an eevelution since my sister really likes eevee and often makes us play where we both have to be eeveelutions where I always choose either flareon or jolteon, the 'fat' is self-expalantory, it flowed a bit better when I was called flareon but I kept it when I switched to Jolteon since there aren't a lot of adjectives starting with J that I vibe with

My username, realbakedtoast/BakedToast, is pretty stupid tbh. It comes from the fact that I wanted a good online username to attract attention as a content creator.
I was thinking about names that I could go by one night and ended up with BakedToast because I found the idea of bread that you toast in an oven silly since it's toast that wasn't made in a toaster, but it's still called toast.
And that's basically it! That's where it came from lol!
Your turn, moots!

My username is an oc... is anyone surprised? The oc was originally a tadc oc for a character that came into the circus as a ghost, but after I got a friend to draw the oc, I just decided that would be my new online presence. The name is an edited version of the word "Poltergeist". Off to you, Moots @l3m0nxxx @leymax @sillyfaewitch @patchfison @mintidotxml @moonstorm-wof @mattsqueakerdraws @soysaucelobster @elasticpraetorianclarity and anyone else i am forgetting :3
Well, I'm pretty sure I've told my username lore to you before Polty, but why not share?
So, I was pretty into Sonic as a kid as a lot of kids are, among other things.. Sally Face, for example, if you grew up the same way, you can probably guess more, but that's all that's important.
I used to make a lot of OCs, Sonic OCs, that I'd cross over to other fandoms, and out came 'Patch', Patch the Fox. A red and black female 3 tailed fox, yes I played that one Sonic Roblox RP game a lot, yes she was in that.
I've kept her for years, and, later down the line I got into Sally Face. I decided my girl needed a last name, that wasn't just 'Fox', so I took the last names of Sal and Larry, 'Fisher' and 'Johnson', and made Fis-on
Patch Fison
That's also why Fison is said 'Fish-on'.
My username is an OC I've used as a "persona" for years.
Alright moots.. gulp..
Thanks once again Patch n Polt
So I have a bunch of different usernames across different platforms, but one thing they all have in common is the word "Silly" because of a thing I had to do in theatre a long while back where I put a word that starts with the same letter as my first name (my first name starts with S) and since I'm self deprecating I didn't wanna do smart or sweet or something like that, but obviously we couldn't put anything negative, so I thought of silly since its not too positive but its not too negative either so now I use the word silly in all my users :3
Uhh @kawaii-v4mp @l3m0nxxx
Thanks Patch, Sally, and Polty!!!
my usernames are always something with lemons like lemonsareamazing (my discord), l3m0nxxx, and blah blah blah citrus blah. so basically i was one of those kids who would do some weird wacky shit to get attention and it was particularly when i had to pack my own lunches in the 5th grade. i packed a full cucumber, loose grapes, and other random things so one day my friend dared me to bring a full lemon and eat it at recess, peel and seeds and everything. so obviously i did.
i packed a lemon and gathered a few kids behind the bins and started eating it in its entirety (i almost vomited a few times) and yeah thats it. lemons have also been my favourite fruit for FOREVERRRRRRRR because i love sour foods.
so when signing up for discord and tumblr and other sites i was like "hey wait i need a username thats easy to remember. wait LEMON"
ps: i hate limes
okay moots :
@churchydragon @mintidotxml @no1zooblefan @a-chronic-0verthinker @metellastella @royaltransitit
My “surname” is applied in order to be an “S” and rhyme with the first name, given to me by my Latin teacher.
I’ll let my ArtFight snippets do the rest of the talking:
The next bit included because I do not actually like being called “Stella” even though I’ve kind of gotten acclimated to it and do it self-referentially to public-facing platforms like this, especially since it’s easier for folx to remember, and people tend to misspell my “first” name or call me Nutella … sigh. Which is annoying on more than one level.

I’ve had this username on several other sites, I got the spelling of chaos wrong the first time and just stuck with it
I love a concept that someone once called chaos culture (they basically meant DND table energy) and when I’m not masking I tend to be a very chaotic individual.
I love cats (but have never actually had one, shocker) they are just so cute and conceptually cool, plus a lot of their instinctual behavior is similar to autistic traits. And I like repeating first letters in names.
Once upon a time on previous accounts I had ‘Queen’ after that because it sounded cool buuuut that made everyone I interacted with outside of very queer circles assume I’m a cis woman and exclusively use she/her pronouns-it doesn’t make me dysphoric or really effect me but was still kinda disheartened so I dropped it.
And uu is because I’m a proud unitarian universalist (^⩊^マⳊ
As for my sideblog, @anxiousaceamblypygi
I chose those words cuz again I find repetitive first letters satisfying and the first two describe me pretty accurately
I utterly adore tailless wip scorpions (family amblypygi. They are also spiders not scorpions) they are freaky, horrifying, but peaceful lil guys that capture my energy. And I discovered them through a Caine fanfic(specifically Do You Hate Yourself? by Ersatz_Einstein) so now they are associated with him permanently and stand as a symbol of my devotion to that unsettling, abnormal, lovable, character.
that’s all for me, my mutuals turn (:

“And uu is because I’m a proud unitarian universalist (^⩊^マⳊ”
No way me too?????
And, like most autists, I also like arthropods.
I definitely think there’s a reason that a disproportionate amount (compared to the general population) of autists are also furries. Cat behavior is hard to decode for NTs sometimes, and yet autists actually pay attention. It is funny that we have a hard time decoding human behavior, but tend to excel at interacting with animals.
My label on ArtFight is “BeastKeeper.”
I am the “never had one as a companion but love them,” but with dogs!
Tumblr usually automatically fills in your username, so the missing extra “u” should’ve still popped up your username …
It might be a privacy Settings thing.
Oh and I should’ve included @erin-epica in my first round!
Also “twinning fist bump” on “has used “Queen” in a username before but is a gnc AFAB,” lol. I used it because of a rhyme, but elsewhere. (Tumblr doesn’t tend to like anything metaphysical related unless it’s witchy things …) I don’t think I released it on @caine-shrine yet, but I refer to myself as “monarch” in an upcoming Draft.
crap, forgot @zlayashusha
"Zlaya" means "angry". Just to sound badass lol. "Shusha" is just a pair of syllables that I thought sounds nice. Wanted a name for Tumblr that is not a real name (that I've ever heard) but looks as if it could be one, so I came up with this. It could've been a shortening of a hypothetical name in one of the languages I know, and it also sounds gender neutral.
@star-gutzzz @nxtbbx @magpiegutted @middbus @freakyricih @pomchiprincess2015-blog and anyone!
I keep dreaming at night about either getting a short haircut and enjoying it, or fighting with somebody who is trying to shave off my (not very prominent really, but there's more of it in the dreams) facial hair. I feel these are signs of something.
Yo you guys, there's this random account that just posted a trans exclusionary "sgnc" flag. I think it's bait to send hate to the community. Block that person and DNI please.
GNC People vs GNC Acts.
Gender nonconformity is not merely an act, aesthetic, or isolated expression. It is a social position occupied by people whose personhood is understood through a sustained divergence from normative expectations of masculinity and femininity. GNC as an act does not place you as 'GNC'. Much like how preforming homosexual acts briefly, or mockingly wouldn't give you the lived experiences of GNC people.
A woman wearing masculine clothing once does not necessarily occupy the same social position as a masculine woman. A man experimenting with feminine presentation does not necessarily share the lived reality of a feminine man. The distinction is not the performance itself, but the social meaning attached to a person whose appearance, mannerisms, embodiment, and self-conception consistently place them outside expected gender norms.
Gender-nonconforming people are therefore not examples of nonconforming behavior. They constitute a distinct social class whose members are interpreted, regulated, and often targeted because their existence destabilizes the assumed relationship between sex, gender, masculinity, and femininity actively.
The goal of GNC liberation is not to assimilate everyone into gender nonconformity. It is not to abolish masculinity, femininity, or gendered ways of being. Rather, it is to recognize that gender-nonconforming people possess their own modes of existence and deserve political recognition on their own terms. Masculine women, feminine men, and others whose lives are organized around enduring forms of gender nonconformity should not be treated as temporary deviations from a norm, but as legitimate social subjects with distinct experiences, cultures, and histories.
Current Queer political models and philosophies have NO structure for GNC people as a unique class, nor do they have for Trans GNC individuals.
Any adequate model of gender must therefore account for gender nonconforming people not merely as individuals who perform nonconforming acts, but as sovereign individuals whose relationship to gender constitutes a recognizable and enduring social realities visible, yet willfully ignored throughout cultures.

i wish there were deeper conversations about aromanticism and/or asexuality aside from the typical “they can date, its a spectrum, this is what a qpr is” because all of the aforementioned topics insist on defining being aroace in a way thats more easily digestible for those outside the label, still centering around what attraction is and then “but you still feel some attraction, dont you?” and then going, well, yes, technically, and explaining the exceptions to them; the exceptions are all they focus on, its “attraction lite” and the Lack of attraction is completely disregarded in favor of the little attraction
the amount of times ive seen people try to define what a qpr is and boxing that term into something so offensively simple and so catered to people who can’t comprehend non-conventional relationships is like. far too many. by defining it you are misrepresenting it because it is inherently a relationship outside of definition
and there is an intimacy in being aromantic and asexual and having your own personal view of what that means to you and i rly think its far more complex and interconnected with other queer identities than people bother to talk about !!! being aroace deconstructs so many norms in both straight and queer spaces that its a shame it isnt talked about more thoroughly in general
This will probably be my most controversial post by far, but it needs to be said.
Gendered socialization is unequivocally real. Boys and girls are treated and socialized differently before they're even born.
Female babies are disappearing en masse, because male babies are more valued.
From an extremely early age, parents respond to their childrens' emotions differently based on gender. Mothers over-estimate the crawling abilities of their infant sons compared to infant daughters.
Mothers speak to their infant daughters more and talk them more about emotions than they do their sons.
By the age of 2, boys already show an avoidance to the color pink and other items traditionally seen as feminine, laying the ground work for early demonstrations of misogyny in childhood.
When children enter pre-school, there is no difference in math abilities between boys and girls. But such gaps begin to appear as children grow older.
The vast majority of girls report feeling unsafe going outside, and at least 2/3 of girls have reported experiencing sexual harassment at school by the time they 16.
Further on in education, women will understimate their scores, while men will overestimate their scores. Women will perform worse on tests when first told that women, on average, perform worse.
Researchers argue that the prevalence of sexual assault against women is so high specifically because of early gendered socialization. The men who commit sexual violence consistently demonstrate specific ideals about gender and perform hostile masculinity.
The patterns reach well into adulthood, influencing occupational choices.
I could literally go on and on and on. There are countless studies and entire fields of academia dedicated to researching this. The fact that children are socialized differently paced on assigned or percieved gender is really not debatable.
I am sympathetic to the fact that transphobes have warped the concept of socialization to insinuate that trans women are destined to be violent or predatory, or that trans men are destined to be submissive and helpless. However, people weaponizing these frameworks does not mean that the phenomenon does not exist.
Furthermore, individual people's nuanced experiences with gendered socialization does not mean that these patterns don't exist on a large scale. Any interaction with society will confer the influence of gender biases, especially upon children to are extremely vulnerable to both subtle and overt social cues.
Again - gendered socialization is real. This is a core aspect of feminist analysis. I am not going to pretend otherwise.
Socialization is the main concept that debunks gender essentialism. If gender has no innate traits, why are there clear patterns in the behavior of men vs women? The answer is socialization. The whole concept of gender liberation in the first place doesn't make sense without acknowledging socialization. We cannot replace "the concept of socialization has been weaponized" with "socialization isn't real" lmao; that's doing ourselves and our movement a disservice.
Hey, did y'all see this?
I saw this when running newpipe. But wait, it gets deeper. I clicked on the details buttons and it said as of today, we have 83 days left until Google rolls out this new requirement for apps inside and outside of the google play store. If any developer disagrees with their new terms and fees, they will be blocked!
I'll share some of the info below:
Looks like they're trying to nuke the remaining privacy and freedoms we have left on the internet.
What to do?
-Get your developer friends to not comply to their new guides
- Sign the open letter on the site and take action by checking out the full resources list on their website as well!
To summarize, this is all daunting especially when you feel all alone with unfair and inhumane regulations comming out faster than improvements but we got this working together!
Share the link with your friends, family and anyone who will listen!

If you guys thought I was only being annoying, this is what people are saying GNC trans men. Alot of these posts coming from other trans people.
Most of this logic isn't true, as most GNC trans men are still on T (like me). It's completly ridiculous that trans men are constantly attacked. Transphobia and Cuphobia combined.
This is absolutely disgusting. Transcuphobia would be the right term for this, right? The images also exude so much misogyny and femphobia...just eughhh.
I'm fed up with being told that it's abnormal to not want sex, even if only until I have a close bond with someone. I'm fed up with hearing people claim that having a sexual partner and then children is necessary for your health, then not providing any proof or reference for their words. Is there really any scientific evidence that you HAVE TO have sex? I doubt so.
And if I do experience attraction, I'm suddenly a pervert for doing it wrong (not wanting PIV). Only the Traditional Kind seems to count as normal.
Welcome to This Is Gynarchophobia
This is an account platforming experiences with Gynarchophobia.
I will post, reblog, answer, and comment examples of Gynarchophobia when seen.
These experiences can be had anywhere. If not immediately clear, we will explain how
something Is Gynarchophobic.
This also serves as a safe space for GNC women to vent about Gynarchophobia
You may send images, screenshots, videos or instances of Gynarchophobia. This Includes: expressed bigotry, microagressions, misrepresentation, or exclusion of masculine women.
So what is Gynarchophobia?
Gynarchophobia (also kwown as Gynandrophobia) is bigotry against masculine women and GNC women as a whole and their lived experiences. This includes but is not limited to:
The belief a woman cannot be masculine. Stereotyping mascline woman as androgynous, the belief of divine femininity and inate femininity within all women. The lesbophobic belief you have to be lesbian to be masculine as a woman. The belief masculine women face less oppression. Bilittlement of HetGNC women's oppression and experience.
The fear and disgust of female led relationships and role reversal dynamics. A woman's dominance not being respected. A belief masculine women operate on the same gendered experience the same as feminine women.
Erasure of female bisexual masculinity. Fetishization and obiectificationof masculine women by any group.
And much, much more.
its really sad that you can't convince people to actually care about gnc people and their struggles, not even ourselves to actually learn from other queer groups.
It's so tiring for people to just call someone a "femboy" "tomboy" or some other shitty fucking term or just genuinely subscribe to misogynistic incel fetishization.
Some of you guys are the most porn addicted, slimy, disgusting creatures I've layed eyes upon and you deserve eternal damnation for destroying the world for young genderqueer people inhabit.
Masculine Women and Feminine Men are QUEER. Their suffering matters. Their internal experiences matter. Their queerness needs to not depend on their sexuality.
End Gynarchophobia and End Cuphobia or ROT.

Big fan of calling male characters babygirls but I think we should start calling female characters babyboys too
I’ve seen people on here rail separately against calling male characters babygirls and calling female characters little guys, and while I think they’ve correctly identified a problem (“girl” has sexual or demeaning or childish connotations while “guy” is an example of masculine-as-neutral-default) I don’t think the answer is to get more essentialist in our language use but rather to freak it up more. he’s just a little gal. she’s my sweet baby boy. she’s my boyfriend. he’s my special girlie. she’s my beautiful husband.
Why I was gone
I left my blog for a bit for a few reasons: Mainly, as with many of you, I had some safety concerns with returning to posting too soon after the wave of hostile attention my blog was receiving, and I had to figure out how to bolster my internet safety.
I know most of you are aware of the post that 0t3 blog made to harass our whole community back in January, but I’m not sure how many of you saw the other post they made, about me and my blog specifically. (Linking it here for those seeking context so that they DON’T scroll through that blog to find it, but for real do not interact with that post or user any further. The less we get involved with them, the better.) Anyway, although I doubt their criticisms of me are at all in good faith or worth taking seriously (given the rest of their blog and the way they’ve treated everyone else), it still made me aware of a potential problem for the future, which is that:
The wave of harassment our community has been facing is probably a marker of the level of visibility we have reached on the internet, and I wanted to take some time to figure out how I’m going to navigate that increased visibility in the future. In other words, this community seems to be on the cusp of breaking containment and becoming known to the rest of the world— and I have realized that, as a result, the scope of people with eyes on my blog will surely change, which has prompted me to regroup and reassess what it is I do here accordingly. To be honest, I also needed a break from the internet for the sake of my mental health.
What now?
So, I’ve been going back and forth about where I see myself in the future of this community.
On the one hand, this community is so precious and important to me, and I want to be as involved here as possible to help continue to build space for it.
On another hand— the reality is that I am no professional debater or essayist, and in many ways, I don’t feel equipped to be (or even have the intention to be) a central spokesperson/representative for an entire demographic of people, which is how outsiders were beginning to see me. Especially in an environment like this where the spotlight and stakes are much bigger if and when I mess up, I don’t think it would be responsible for me to act outside of my skillset. While I have always been committed to accuracy here, and done my best not to speak more on any topic than I felt my knowledge of it allowed, and have always made it clear that I am learning as I go— the situation has shifted now with the increased visibility of our community, and I have come to feel like my education and abilities just aren’t adequate anymore to meet that new scope of activism.
So… how to move forward with my blog. I’m not sure. I think I’m still figuring that out. I think, at least for now, I’ll probably keep a lower profile. I have SO MANY queued posts I’ve been dying to share with you guys, and a lot of reblogs to catch up on, so I’ll probably start there. I’m not sure what to do with the discussion/information posts I have planned, but I might wait for a bit before posting those to test the water.
I began this blog as a hobby project to simply express my experiences, to give myself a space for my thoughts and feelings about being GNC, and to open that space up to others so that we could find some solace in each other’s company. My initial intention with this blog was to use it as a personal social media account, and maybe coin a word or two to make it easier to communicate things in my posts and connect with others over shared experiences. From now on, I will probably return to that initial vision. I think I’ll still stick around to help a little bit with documenting and providing resources, like for definitions of the language used in the community, but other than that I will return to posting more casually.
TLDR I’ve been gone because I had to figure out how to adjust the way I run my blog from now on and have come to the conclusion that I will be steering my blog in a more casual direction.
