Keto-friendly oatmeal made in a crock pot overnight that doesn't have any added sugar is a great way to start the day. This breakfast food is full of healthy things like almond flour, chia seeds, and nuts, and it's easy to make and filling.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1/4 cup chia seeds. 1/4 cup shredded coconut. 1/4 cup chopped pecans. 1/4 cup erythritol or monk fruit sweetener. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Almond flour, almond milk, chia seeds, shredded coconut, pecans, sweetener, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt should all be put in a crockpot. Use a lot of force to mix everything together evenly. Put the lid on top and set the heat to low. Leave it on for 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Before you serve the oatmeal in the morning, give it a good stir. If you want, you can add more nuts, seeds, or a dollop of coconut cream on top.
