This hot crab dip is full of tasty crabmeat and is creamy and cheesy. It's the perfect starter for a party or for people who love seafood.
Ingredients: 1 package 8 ounces cream cheese, softened. 1 cup mayonnaise. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 2 teaspoons hot sauce. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1 pound lump crabmeat, drained and picked over for shells. 1/4 cup chopped green onions, for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until well blended. Gently fold in the lump crabmeat until evenly distributed. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and starting to brown on top. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Serve hot with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
