These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are perfect for game day or any casual gathering. The slow cooker does all the work, infusing the chicken with flavorful buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Just pile the tender chicken onto slider buns and add your favorite toppings for a delicious and easy-to-make meal!
Ingredients: 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup buffalo sauce. 1/4 cup ranch dressing. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 12 slider buns. Sliced cheese optional. Sliced red onion optional. Sliced tomato optional. Lettuce leaves optional.
Instructions: Put chicken breasts in the crock pot. Add the butter, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and buffalo sauce to a small saucepan. Put the pan on medium-low heat and stir the ingredients together until the butter melts. Add the sauce mix to the slow cooker and cover the chicken. When the chicken is done, cover it and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours. When the chicken is done, use two forks to shred it and mix it well with the sauce in the slow cooker. Put the buffalo chicken on slider buns. You can add sliced cheese, red onion, tomato, and lettuce on top if you want. Have fun!
