i’ve been laughing for a solid 15 minutes over this dude who got banned from r/food for his potato recipe
[ID: A post titled “Finally got banned from /r/food… My "4 day baked potato,” recipe in the notes. Attached is a picture of someone holding a thoroughly charred potato which is entirely blackened and almost hollow on the inside. Below is the recipe, which reads:

Ingredients: Potato.
Method: Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius. Place potato in oven. After two hours, notice that oven is on and think “Hmm, not sure why that’s on.” Turn oven off and go to bed, allowing the potato to sit, unnoticed, at the back of the oven. For the next four days, use the oven to cook food as normal. Then, whilst retrieving a lasagne from the oven, notice the charred, blackened husk of the potato, and remove. Potato should shatter when touched and be entirely hollow - if not completely cooked through, return to the oven for another day or so. The perfect potato is one which is able to leer menacingly into one’s soul.
