Ingredients: 1 lb ground duck meat. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup minced shallots. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tbsp red curry paste. 1 tsp fish sauce. 1 tsp sugar. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 burger buns. Lettuce leaves. Sliced cucumber. Sliced red onion. Fresh cilantro leaves. Sriracha mayo for topping.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground duck, breadcrumbs, shallots, garlic, red curry paste, fish sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Oil the grill grates or pan to prevent sticking.
