Ingredients: 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 teaspoon cornstarch. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 4 cups shredded cabbage. 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 large cabbage leaves.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Add sliced beef and marinate for 15 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove beef from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add shredded cabbage, sliced bell pepper, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Return cooked beef to the skillet and toss everything together until heated through. Meanwhile, blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until slightly softened. These grilled BBQ chicken strips are not only delicious but also perfect for a satisfying work lunch. Packed with smoky flavors, they are sure to become a favorite in your household!
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs chicken breast, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup BBQ sauce. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: Put olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add BBQ sauce and mix them all together. Make sure that all of the chicken breast pieces are well covered when you add them to the marinade. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the lid on.
