Instructions: Put olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add BBQ sauce and mix them all together. Make sure that all of the chicken breast pieces are well covered when you add them to the marinade. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the lid on. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Put the chicken strips that have been marinated on the soaked wooden skewers. Put the skewers on a grill that has already been heated up. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them over a few times, until the chicken is done and has a nice char. During the last few minutes of grilling, baste the chicken strips with more BBQ sauce to make them taste even better. Take them off the grill and give them a minute or two to rest before you serve them. Your husband can enjoy the grilled BBQ chicken strips at work, so put them in a lunch box for him.

Add one tablespoon of ranch dressing to each tortilla and spread it over the toppings. Fold the tortillas' sides in, and then roll them up tightly. If necessary, use toothpicks to keep them together. You can eat it right away or wrap it up in foil and take it with you.
