Instructions: Crush the Nutter Butter cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Crushed cookies, peanut butter, and powdered sugar should all be thoroughly mixed in a bowl. Form the mixture into tiny balls the size of cake pops and arrange them on a tray covered with parchment paper. After putting a lollipops stick inside each ball, freeze it for fifteen minutes. As directed on the package, melt the chocolate wafers. Make sure to completely coat every frozen cake pop by dipping it into the melted chocolate. After letting any extra chocolate fall off, put the cake pops back on the tray. Sprinkles should be added right away to prevent the chocolate from setting. Before serving, let the cake pops completely set.

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the dried cranberries and chopped almonds. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Divide the dough in half and shape each half into a log on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the logs are firm and slightly golden. Remove from the oven and let the logs cool for about 10 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 325F 165C. Using a sharp knife, slice the logs diagonally into biscotti cookies. Place the sliced cookies back on the baking sheet and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are crisp. Let the biscotti cool completely before serving.

Pink food coloring optional. Sprinkles for decoration.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Line a cupcake pan with paper liners. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Gently fold in the diced strawberries. Fill each cupcake liner halfway with the batter. Place a chocolate truffle in the center of each cupcake batter-filled liner. Top with more batter until the truffle is covered, about 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cupcakes comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. While the cupcakes are cooling, prepare the strawberry filling by hollowing out the top of each cupcake and placing a fresh strawberry inside. To make the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and pink food coloring if desired until smooth and creamy.
