Enjoy the ultimate chocolate chip cookie with a surprise Kit Kat twist! These soft-baked cookies are stuffed with mini Kit Kat bars and loaded with chocolate chips for an irresistible treat.
Ingredients: 1 cup butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup packed brown sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 cups chocolate chips. 12 Kit Kat bars, fun size.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Melt the butter and mix it with the brown sugar and white sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is well mixed and fluffy. Adding the eggs one at a time and mixing them in is the next step. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. The chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in. Take a tablespoon of cookie dough and press it down in your palm. The dough should be rolled into a ball shape. Put a Kit Kat bar in the middle. Do this again with all of the cookies. Put the stuffed cookie dough balls on a baking sheet, leaving some space between them so they can spread out. After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down.
