Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 2 cups granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. teaspoon salt. cup vegetable oil. 4 large eggs. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips. cup crushed peppermint candies.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. A 9x13-inch baking pan should be greased. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, vegetable oil, and eggs together well in a large bowl. Add chocolate chips and crushed peppermint candies and mix them in. Spread the batter out evenly in the baking pan that has been prepared. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out with a few wet crumbs still on it. Before cutting the brownies into squares, let them cool all the way in the pan on a wire rack.
