On hot summer days, these Tequila Sunrise Freezer Pops are the perfect way to cool off and get drunk. They taste like the classic cocktail because they have orange juice and tequila in layers and a sweet grenadine syrup on top.
Ingredients: 1 cup orange juice. 1/4 cup tequila. 2 tablespoons grenadine syrup.
Instructions: Put orange juice and tequila in a bowl and mix them together. Fill up about one-third of the way up each popsicle mold with a small amount of the mixture. Freeze for an hour or until it starts to set. Add a little grenadine syrup to the popsicles that are only partly frozen. Place a popsicle stick in each mold. It should stay frozen for another 4 to 6 hours or overnight in the freezer. Run warm water around the outside of the molds to get the popsicles out. Have fun!
