Ingredients: 250g pasta any shape. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/2 cup tomato sauce. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional.
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant. Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce and heavy cream. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated with the sauce. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and toss again until the cheese is melted and incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
