Noodles with butter are a quick and easy side dish that can be made in just 10 minutes. These are great for busy weeknights or when you need a quick and filling side dish to go with your meal.
Ingredients: 8 oz egg noodles. 2 tbsp unsalted butter. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional.
Instructions: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 7-8 minutes. Drain the noodles and return them to the pot. Add the unsalted butter, salt, and black pepper to the noodles. Toss the noodles until the butter is melted and evenly coats the noodles. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
