The rooftop (covered) botanic bar is back open with 3 food vendors to choose from; @saltshed, @wildcardrestaurant and Izakaya (@temakibros). @wildcardrestaurant are bringing the burgers, from a double bacon cheese, to a buttermilk fried chicken, halloumi, or seitan. You have to pair one up with their amazing Parmesan truffle fries. @temakibros give you the choice of gyoza and Bao. I went for the spicy fried chicken and the slow cooked pork belly Bao, which I liked a lot, especially the pork belly. Then last up is @saltshed who I am very familiar with, focusing here on their steak and pastrami. You’ve got to get the XXL beef steak with chips. Those beef juices soak nicely into the chips and give them such a beefy taste. Cocktails are nice too! Plus they also do bottomless brunch with Prosecco and aperol spritz, which I didn’t know about.
