• 2 large russet potatoes
• 1/2 lb steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
• 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Pierce the russet potatoes with a fork and bake until the skins are firm and the centers are tender and fluffy.
Prepare the Broccoli and Steak
Steam the broccoli until bright and tender-crisp. Season the steak with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, then gently sear it in olive oil until browned and juicy.
Melt butter in the same skillet and add the shrimp with paprika. Cook just until the shrimp turn pink and tender, letting them absorb the buttery pan flavor.
Warm the heavy cream in a small saucepan over gentle heat. Stir in the cheddar cheese until the sauce becomes smooth, glossy, and pourable.
Split the potatoes open and fluff the inside with a fork. Layer in broccoli, steak, and shrimp, then spoon the cheddar sauce over the top and finish with parsley.
