MOBILISE: a serie of exercises to help you understand where your range of motion is lacking and how to increase it safely for deeper stretches. RELEASE: learn how to get into the tight spots of your muscles in order to help loosen the parts that stop you from stretching further. Understand the concept of trigger point release through proprioception and how to master your peripheral nervous system through breathing. ACTIVATE AND CONDITION: learn drills that will help you strengthen the muscles to support your stretches. You will be able to understand alignment, what end range conditioning is and where your compensations are failing you from getting further in your contortion practice. STRETCH: the final part is to get into that stretch with a partner to support you and push you further. These workshops are open to all.
