@vancouversam said she’s having pizza again this week, so naturally, I’ve been craving it all day 😂 But, I didn’t feel like all the work of a full blown pizza night so we made Pepperoni Pizza Bites from @mrsvitale . These little bites are just pizza dough with a few pepperoni pieces and a cube of mozzarella wrapped in them, but they ALWAYS curb the pizza craving when it hits, but no mess! We have dinners that look like this regularly, and sometimes I’m hesitant to post them because they’re boring to look at lol. On a good note though, if cooked properly, nothing tastes bad! Tonight I made bone in Pork Chops seasoned with S&P and a touch of poultry seasoning, @mrsvitale Roasted Carrot recipe found exclusively in her cookbook, and some zucchini. Pork chops can be tricky to make which is why I prefer bone in chops so it makes it a little bit less intimidating to cook haha.
