With its soft potatoes, sour cream, gooey cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and fresh green onions, this Loaded Potato Casserole is the ultimate comfort food. It's great for parties or dinner during the week, and everyone will be begging for more!
Ingredients: 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup milk. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Peel and dice potatoes, then boil them until they are soft. Sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a large bowl. To the bowl, add half of the chopped green onions, half of the crumbled bacon, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix everything together well. Put the mixture in a casserole dish that has been greased. Add the bacon, green onions, and the rest of the shredded cheese on top. In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until hot all the way through and the cheese is melted and bubbling. Enjoy while hot!

Ingredients: 6 large potatoes. 1 cup sour cream. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup chopped green onions. 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Pierce each potato several times with a fork. Microwave the potatoes on high for 10-12 minutes, or until tender. Allow the potatoes to cool slightly, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chopped green onions, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped parsley to the bowl. Gently fold in the cooked potato pieces until well coated with the dressing. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Chill the potato salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with additional chopped green onions, bacon, and parsley before serving, if desired.
