The Movement: Stir constantly in the first 2 minutes to release the right amount of starch.
The Timing: Start tasting 2 minutes before the package says it's done.

Ingredients:
500g High-quality Spaghetti or Linguine (Durum wheat)
5 Liters of Water (The 1:10 ratio is key!)
50g Sea salt (Don't be shy)
Fresh Basil for the garnish
Your favorite Tomato Sugo (Slow-cooked for the best result)
Instructions:
Boil: Bring the water to a rolling boil before adding the salt.
The Fan: Hold the pasta vertically and twist as you release it into the pot.
The Dance: Stir immediately with a wooden spoon.
The Test: The pasta is "Al Dente" when it still has a slight firm bite in the center.
The Finish: Toss the pasta directly into your warm sauce. Adding a splash of pasta water makes it extra creamy!
