Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar. 3 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a bowl with a whisk. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken breasts in a plastic bag that can be closed again. Put the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for better taste. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the marinade. Close the grill lid and cook the chicken for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until it's done. During the last few minutes of grilling, baste the chicken with the rest of the marinade. Once it's done, take it off the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. You can serve the grilled Tuscan chicken breast with your favorite sides after cutting it up.
