A mouthwatering burger recipe perfect for your Saturday sandwich cravings. Juicy beef patties with melted cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and a delicious burger sauce, all packed between toasted buns.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons ketchup. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 cup lettuce leaves. 1 tomato, sliced. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. 4 pickle slices. 4 slices of crispy bacon.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season each patty with salt and pepper. Place the burger patties on the grill or griddle and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if you prefer a different level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and cover to melt the cheese. While the burgers are cooking, split the hamburger buns and toast them on the grill until lightly browned. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and Dijon mustard to create the burger sauce. To assemble the burgers, spread the burger sauce on the toasted buns. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a cheese-topped burger patty. Top with tomato slices, red onion, pickle slices, and crispy bacon. Finally, place the top bun on the stack to complete the burger. Serve your Saturday Sandwich Burger with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
