Ingredients: 3 lbs pork spareribs. 1/4 cup hoisin sauce. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tbsp honey. 2 tbsp rice vinegar. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated. 1/2 tsp Chinese five-spice powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and Chinese five-spice powder. Season the spareribs with salt and pepper, then brush with the prepared sauce, ensuring an even coating. Place the ribs on the preheated grill and cook for 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the sauce, until the ribs are caramelized and cooked through. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
