Ingredients: 1 whole chicken about 3-4 pounds. 2 tablespoons smoked paprika. 2 teaspoons garlic powder. 2 teaspoons onion powder. 1 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the olive oil all over the chicken, then generously sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken, making sure to coat it evenly. Place the chicken on a roasting pan or a baking dish, breast side up. Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F 75C in the thickest part of the thigh and juices run clear. Once done, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving. Serve hot and enjoy!
