Ingredients: 32 oz frozen hash browns. 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup. 1 cup sour cream. 1/2 cup melted butter. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup chopped onion. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Grease the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Transfer the hash brown mixture into the greased crockpot. Spread the mixture evenly in the crockpot.
