Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Add the yellow squash slices and onion pieces to a large skillet. Add the butter and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft. Put the sauted onion and squash in a bowl. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, beaten eggs, milk, and sour cream. Combine well. Add salt and pepper to taste to the mixture, and then put it in a casserole dish that has been greased. Crush the buttery crackers and mix them with the paprika in a different bowl. Then, sprinkle this mixture evenly on top of the casserole. The casserole should be baked in a hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it is golden brown and set. Enjoy while hot!

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
3 tsp minced garlic
3 cups water
2 (15-ounce) cans tomato sauce
2 (15-ounce) cans diced tomatoes
2 TB Italian seasoning
3 bay leaves
3 TB soy sauce
1 TB seasoned salt
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Saute ground beef in skillet over medium-high heat until cooked. Drain. Add garlic and saute for about 5 minutes. Add water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, italian seasoning, bay leaves, soy sauce, and seasoned salt. Stir well. Cover and allow to cook for 15-20 minutes.
Add the uncooked elbow macaroni to skillet, stir well, return the lid and simmer for about 30 minutes. Turn off heat, remove the bay leaves, and add 1 cup of cheddar cheese right before serving.
Slow Cooker Cheesy Bacon Ranch Potatoes
- 6 slices bacon
- 3 pounds red potatoes, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
2. Spread bacon in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Place into oven and bake until brown and crispy, about 12-14 minutes. Let cool before crumbling; set aside.
3. Line a slow cooker with aluminum foil, leaving enough to overhang to wrap the potatoes on top, and coat with nonstick spray. Place a layer of potatoes evenly into the slow cooker. Top with cheese, Ranch Seasoning and bacon, repeating 2 more times and reserving 1/2 cup cheese.
4. Cover potatoes with aluminum foil and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Cover and cook until melted.

Salt and pepper to taste. 2 cups crushed cornflakes. 1/4 cup 1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by greasing it. Melt the butter and add the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, and shredded cheese to a large bowl. Add pepper and salt to taste. Mix everything together well. Spread the hash brown mix out evenly in the baking dish that has been prepared. Put the melted butter and crushed cornflakes in a different bowl. Spread out evenly on top of the hash brown mix. After the oven is hot, bake the casserole for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and hot. Enjoy while hot!

Ingredients
1 (32 ounce) bags tater tots
0.5 (3 ounce) jars bacon bits
5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups grated colby cheese
1 1/2 cups grated monterey jack pepper cheese
3/4 cup milk
salt and pepper
Directions
Grease the bottom of the crock pot.
Layer 1/2 the tater tots on the bottom of the pot.
Sprinkle with 1/4 of the jar of bacon bits.
Combine the two cheeses, and sprinkle 1/3 of it over the bacon and tots.
Top cheese with the chicken breasts.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
Top chicken with another 1/3 of cheese.
Sprinkle with another 1/4 of the jar of bacon bits.
Add remainder of the tater tots.
Top with final 1/3 of the cheese.
Pour milk over the top.
Set crock pot to high and cook 3-4 hours.
