The goal is to create better communication with the nervous system to optimize end ranges of motion in the hip while improving the resilience of the joint and the tissues surrounding it. 💪 This may not look like they're doing much, but take note of the wincing faces halfway through. True mobility training is difficult but rewarding, and I love seeing the results first hand with my clients.
