Ingredients: 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup coconut sugar. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/2 cup dairy-free milk such as almond or coconut milk. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. In a big bowl, mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Make sure the flours are all gluten-free. Melt the coconut oil and add it to the dry ingredients. Then add the dairy-free milk and vanilla extract. Don't mix any further than that. Add the chocolate chips that don't contain dairy. Put muffin tin liners in it or grease it a little. Fill each muffin cup with the same amount of batter. Put the muffins in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Take them out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes in the muffin tin.
