This is their sourdough english muffin, with xo confit duck, korean coleslaw, and a fried egg. It’s DELICIOUS. That duck is beautiful, full of flavour that hits you with even the smallest of bites. Then anything topped with a fried egg will always win for me. Literally, it’s the best one I’ve EVER had. @black_bear_burger have done it again, Stu just gets better and better with his creations, but @aubreyallenbutchers play a big part in it too as their meat seems to be unbeatable at the moment. Heritage pork patty, cheese, onion, brekkie sauce, English breakfast muffin. As simple as that, but that pork mince will literally blow you away. The spice running through that patty is beautiful, and that brekkie sauce links up perfectly with it. The ridiculous part is that this muffin kit for 2 is only an extra £10.95 as an add on when you order a burger kit, and that’s for 2 doubles! It’s has actually taken me nearly 4 years to try this, but I finally had it. The Breakfast Muffin from @motherflipperuk. Sausage patty, cheese, egg, shoestring fries, candy bacon, potato rosti. “Why has it taken 4 years?” I hear you all ask. Well, @brockleymarket is quite hard to get to on a Saturday morning when you work in retail and don’t get many weekends off. Plus, Brockley is quite a mission from Shepherds Bush. (I say this, I’ve also been saying this for 4 years, but it took an hour, and 2 trains, I need to stop saying this). It was well worth the 4 year wait! I’m gonna say it’s probably the best breakfast muffin I’ve had from a trader.
