Chia Pudding Layered Chocolate π±π«π₯£
clean layers, slow nutrition, and a quiet chocolate finish
Chia pudding is built on patience. It sets slowly, layer by layer, becoming something calm and structured.
Chia Pudding Layered Chocolate adds a Bana chocolate stick as a finishing touch β not just garnish, but a slow flavor accent that gently melts into the layers.
π± Ingredients (1 serving)
3 tbsp chia seeds
200 ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
1β2 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 Bana Chocolate Stick
Optional layers: yogurt, fruit puree (mango, strawberry), granola
π₯£ How to Make
Mix chia seeds, milk, and sweetener in a jar.
Let it rest in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Once set, layer into a glass with yogurt or fruit if desired.
Place 1 Bana Chocolate Stick as garnish on top.
Let it slowly melt from the top layer downward, or break and mix gently.
π« The Experience
First spoon: cool, gel-like chia texture. Then: fruit and yogurt brightness in layers. Finally: chocolate melts in, softening the structure into a richer, dessert-like finish.
It stays healthy. But feels indulgent.
π Best enjoyed when:
mornings need clean energy
you want something light but satisfying
your routine needs structure and calm
β¨ Bana Note
Even the cleanest layers deserve a little melt.
