Ingredientes:
-Lomos de bacalao
-Ajos
-Aceite de oliva virgen extra
Preparación:
En una sartén dorar los lomos por ambos lados, con cuidado que no se rompa. Sacar y meter en el estuche de vapor, y cocinar al microondas 6 minutos. Mientras, en una sartén echar AOVE y dorar el ajo cortado en laminas. Una vez terminado todo, emplatar el bacalao y echar por encima los ajos con el aceite.
