Cucumber Sangria is a refreshing twist on the classic sangria, incorporating the crisp flavor of cucumber and the brightness of fresh mint. It's perfect for warm weather gatherings or as a light and refreshing drink any time of the year.
Ingredients: 1 bottle dry white wine. 1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves. 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup. 1/4 cup fresh lime juice. 1/4 cup white rum. 2 cups club soda. Ice cubes. Lime slices and cucumber slices for garnish.
Instructions: Put white wine, cucumber slices, and fresh mint leaves in a large pitcher. Fresh lime juice, honey or agave syrup, and white rum should be added. Mix things together well. Put the pitcher in the fridge with the lid on for at least two hours to let the flavors mix. Do not add the club soda until just before serving. Put ice cubes in each glass and then pour the sangria over the ice. Add cucumber and lime slices to the top of each glass. Enjoy! Serve cold.
