For anyone wondering about the context: mtb_david was posting photos by other photographers that he didn't have permission to use as "filler" for his observations. Not only is this against iNaturalist rules(you can only use your own photos/photos you have been given express permission by the photographer to use), but it's also counter to how the site works. An observation is supposed to be a record of a specific instance of an organism, so using some random photo of what you think you probably saw is bad for the data pool.
This was politely explained to him several times by a handful of users and curators(including me). He continued to double down, got pretty rude and abusive with the curators, and kept belittling everyone involved. He did end up getting suspended for this.
TLDR: It was deserved and Mrs. Queen did nothing wrong
Thank you for the explanation but I was on sedgequeen's side from the beginning
