“Love is love” okay but can we talk about people whose identities don’t focus on feelings for another person? Pretty please???
Actually you SHOULD make problematic content. You SHOULD explore dark or taboo topics. You SHOULD have a space where you can cope with your traumas or explore sensitive topics in a way that doesn't hurt anyone.
Also you should make problematic content for funsies. You don't need to have had trauma or need to be coping in order to explore dark creativity. You can just be a human who wants to explore dark and taboo topics because you want to. That's completely normal, btw.
Every single person on this planet thinks about dark and taboo things. It's literally the most normal thing in the world.
Go draw the horror porn and be free.
we should all be more like david cronenberg and write fucked up stuff. For Funsies
when i was younger i had a really bad fear of danny devito when i was going to sleep so my older brother gave me a watch that he set to like 8 hours ahead so that it was always daytime on the watch when i was asleep and he told me it would confuse danny devito and he would think it was daytime and get scared of the sun and leave me alon
Your brother is the best
Who the fuck changed this from vampires to Danny devito
the real question is why I was completely ready to accept that this person had a debilitating childhood fear of Danny Devito

“Being aromantic and asexual sounds nice. You can skip all of the drama.”
That would be true if society reacted normally to childless single people or anyone else that doesn’t fulfill their expectations of a stereotypical relationship. The way things are now, the drama just comes from a different angle. Amatonormativity is a prison.

Funny how same people who advocated the hardest for people to stop depicting Jesus, the most famous Jew, as a white man are now the same people trying to convince us Jews are white europeans. How peculiar.
I will asexual-ify any character I want, I will asexualize characters in ways you've never seen before. I Do Not Care. Your fav is a virgin now. They are unfuckable
also please for the love of god, stop saying detransition is a "privilege" that men have. detransitioning isn't just some amazing escape button with no consequences nor should it even happen with trans people (its alright if its someone who realized they arent trans, obviously.)
Just saw someone defend the use of TMA and TME by comparing it to the use of black and non-black. You realise you're kind of exposing the falsehood of your own argument here, right? Nobody calls non-black people "anti-black racism exempt" and I feel it they did, they'd sound pretty stupid. Calling someone TME is always exclusionary. It is not merely an acknowledgement that trans women face a different set of struggles to trans men and other identities - it is a cudgel used to silence discussions of trans mens' issues. When trans men stop being singled out and deliberately harmed on this godforsaken site then maybe you can start using it.
Just a perfectly normal life hack video, no need to specifically tag @were--ralph for any particular reason

when a man and a woman in a piece of fiction get to keep having a delightful friendship dynamic instead of losing all their interesting traits to become the 580000th het couple ever
As Aromantic Visibility Day (June 5th) approaches this year, friendly reminder from an aroace: it's Aromantic Visibility Day, not "Aroace" Visibility Day! Not all aromantics are also asexual — there are aromantics who are allosexual (aroallos for short), aromantics who don't separately label their sexual orientation at all, and aromantics whose sexual orientation doesn't fit into an ace/allo binary, as well as likely even more aros who don't fit into "aroace" for even more reasons — and all of them are equally included in Aromantic Visibility Day, because they are equally aromantic! In fact, those aros who aren't ace are disproportionately erased and in need of visibility, even more than aroaces are (which is really saying something, because aroace visibility itself is already terrible), so including them in Aromantic Visibility Day is vital, and using the correct name for the occasion instead of calling it an "aroace day" is a start.
Overall: again, speaking as an aroace myself, we aroaces will not be offended if you just call Aromantic Visibility Day the thing it is actually called! I care about sharing this upcoming day with my fellow aros, so stop excluding them, even accidentally! We aroaces celebrate this day but it is not for us exclusively!
The way people in general treat aromanticism or singleness is actually so disgusting and dehumanizing and I'm tired of it.
If the only way someone can fathom interacting with a fandom is by romantically shipping characters, I think that's a problem. It's amatonormative, and fuck amatonormativity.

okay hot take i guess but since asexual aromantic aplatonic are non actions it should be considered the default until a character demonstrates attraction or action. No a character doesnt need to act ace or identify as aro its literally a non action. anattractional until proven otherwise
this pride month remember to love and appreciate aromanticism, aromantic people, aromantic love, aromantic relationships. this pride month get more aromantic
