ohhhhh. it's an inverted peekaboo rhythm driven by the superego.
Studies by Gaiagrapher Peter Champoux.
Gaiagraphy is defined on Champoux's website as "Gaiagraphy identifies the core of a community within its sense of place. Growth of the community is dependent upon the harmonious relationships of regional and international influence. Gaiagraphy identifies patterns that affect: community and individual health, war and peace, prosperity and decline, harmony and discord. While not the great panacea, gaiagraphy points towards pathways for positive futures."
@ grok is this true?

An illustration of what the text refers to as "The Primordial Egg. Chinese Emblem of the Ten Potencies, four ethereal (wings), six mundane (feet)" from Intelligence v.7:no.1 (1897). Full text here.
I have been carefully curating my browsing habits to tune the facebook algorithm into giving me the most unhinged pseudoscience imaginable. It's delightful, people in the comments are fighting about whether the soul is eternal or if our brains are antennas and "consciousness" is really just information beamed into our heads by extra-dimensional aliens.
Half the time they forget to delete the chatgpt prompt reply, it's incredible
YES. MORE.
*slams fists on table* MORE
Update: I've been getting a lot of AI-generated "drone footage" of sea monsters with captions in broken English, this fucking rules
Oh HELL yes this is what I'm TALKING about. The apocryphal Book of the Mechanist tells us that the Tower of Babel was built to cause a resonance cascade. MORE.
Bonus from the comments:
You tell 'em, Anarchy Sensei. The Book of the Mechanist SHOULD be canon. Open you mind to the true voices of the Archon-Engineers and cleanse the world with the power of your Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
do you ever wish you could like, duplicate yourself and have your duplicate sit in a dark room and watch ten thousand facebook reels and see what comes out the other side? I'm just saying sometimes I wonder what other local minima are out there for road-not-taken versions of me and maybe this one would have some insights.
the chart title says "across the world" but I think South Korea is a bit more concerning than anything else going on here.
South Korea is not doing great.
who remembers the crazy bastard on revleft who would answer every question with horrendous diagrams that looked like they were generated by a computer running windows 95 on acid
love it still
I feel like if I ever say down and read the whole chart my third eye would snap open and I'd immediately understand dialectics
My 43rd eye is being pryed open with a screwdriver.

Mind on fire
FAQs & Newbie Orientation (Updated April 12!)
âWhatâs your position on magic?â Iâm one of those âmagic is 99.9% psychological and .1% ?????â people. (My own practice is based on a psychological paradigm.) I generally donât mind when people believe in metaphysical stuff more than I do, though. I do mind when people push stuff thatâs well known to be harmful or incorrect.
âI think youâre a fake wizard because you donât believe in X thing.â Skill issue.
âIâm new to witchcraft, got any advice? Yup, over on this post!
âWhy are you so critical of conspiracy theories?â Simply put, because conspiracy theories are tools of reactionary violence. Most conspiracy theories are derived from The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, a known hoax created to demonize Jews and blame them for the worldâs problems while justifying a return to monarchy, early modern witch panic and blood libel, or The Two Babylons (a book that uses Bat Deduction to try and "proveâ that the Catholic Church is secretly a Babylonian mystery religion). BTW, I recommend Justin Sledgeâs video on the Satanic Panic.
âIs X spiritual person a conspiracy theorist?â See this post, Is the spiritual person a conspiracy theorist? A list of red flags.
âWhat do you mean when you say âNew Ageâ?â I specifically mean forms of spirituality that revolve around the idea that the Earth is about to enter an actual new age, commonly referred to as the Age of Aquarius, Fifth Density, or Fifth Round. Thatâs literally what the term âNew Ageâ refers to.
âWhy are you so critical of New Age and starseeds?â Short answer? Itâs a belief system built on white colonialism, Orientalism, eugenics, hateful conspiracy theories. Always has been.
Longer answers: A brief introduction to New Age spirituality (and some of the things wrong with it) New Age beliefs that derive from racist pseudoscience A quick intro to starseeds Various ways the New Age movement is shitty The New Age concept of ascension - what is it? Why New Age is thinly-veiled antisemitism/nazism Why David Ickeâs reptilian aliens are sparkling antisemitism Starseeds: Nazis in Space? (Not my article) What is the New Age to Alt Right pipeline, and how do you stay out of it? How the mythology of starseeds, indigo children, crystal children, rainbow children, etc. harms kids
I also recommend checking out the #new age to alt right pipeline and #spiritual eugenics tags.
Now, I donât think everything associated with New Age is bad simply because itâs associated with New Age. Many practices are harmless in and of themselves - the problem is the conspiratorial, morally polarized framework theyâre practiced in. For more info, see Some things associated with New Age that arenât inherently bad.
âWhat do you think of reincarnation, in general?â I think itâs fine to believe in reincarnation so long as you donât act like it gives you special knowledge or wisdom, or entitles you to tell other people what to do, or entitles you to appropriate and misrepresent other peopleâs cultures and spiritual traditions, or tie it in with a conspiracist worldview. (Starseeds do all of these.)
âWhat if Iâm alienkin, or I believe my soul comes from another planet?â Nothing inherently wrong with that! The problem with the starseed movement is its politics - itâs founded on a bunch of racist, ableist, colonialist garbage. (Itâs no coincidence that a number of starseeds are outright Nazis.)
âWhat if I want to call myself a starseed, though?â Thatâs like wanting to call yourself a Nazi. There is something deeply wrong with you. âWhy are you so critical of ancient aliens?â See Spencer McDanielâs excellent post.
âBut arenât starseeds part of ancient traditional beliefs?â Literally no one has been able to produce a single scrap of evidence that anything like the New Age concept of starseeds existed before the Victorian period. However, New Agers are well-known for bullshitting about the age and origins of their beliefs. If youâre going to assert that starseeds are genuinely part of some ancient tradition, you need to provide some real evidence.
âDo you think itâs wrong to believe in alien life?â No, I just think itâs important to be critical of what you believe about it, and why you believe it. If you believe in aliens, question your assumptions about them. What are you projecting onto them? Why are you projecting that? Is that projection a bit self-centered, whether positively or negatively?
âWhat do you think of Project Monarch/alter programming/trauma-based mind control? The alleged practice of putting people through brutal torture to create alters and functionally turn them into Manchurian agents is a far right conspiracy theory. Its mythology is constructed from old witch panic tropes and old antisemitic tropes, and there is not a shred of real evidence to support its actual existence. To learn more about how we know this, see my masterpost here.
"But isnât there a bunch of evidence?â âFraid not. All of itâs either fabricated (EG, the aforementioned Protocols), taken out of context (EG, the Dendera âlightâ), extremely subjective (EG, someoneâs mystical experience), based on absurd standards of what constitutes "evidenceâ (being a depressed teen who liked heavy metal and D&D was taken as a sure sign being involved in a satanic cult in the 80âs and 90âs), or produced through flawed methods (EG, so-called recovered memory therapy), or questioning vulnerable people until the interviewers or psychologists finally got what they wanted to hear. (If you want to get an idea of just how much of a mess this was, and just how unethical and irresponsible things could get, I recommend checking out the Youâre Wrong About podcastâs episodes on Michelle Remembers.)
âWait, do you have actual evidence that false memories exist?â Yep, you only have to peek in on the starseeds to see hundreds of 'em. See my posts hypnosis is unreliable for memory recovery, and this is one way we know and false past life memories among the starseed movement. You might also take a look at Abducted by Susan A. Clancy. Also read my post hereâs the trouble with hypnotic regression for an explanation of why itâs so easy to generate false memories.
âWhatâs your problem with the Law of Assumption?â See this post and this post. See also: The prosperity gospel, explained: Why Joel Osteen believes that prayer can make you rich. (The Law of Assumption is closely related to prosperity gospel.) Why you should know about the New Thought movement (another closely related movement) âIf the Law of Assumption is fake, what about the success stories?â âThis Law of Assumption practitioner posted photos, doesnât that prove something?â Was Neville Goddard really trustworthy? No, modern witchcraft and the Law of Assumption are not âthe same.â Quick rundown on my actual positions re: the Law of Assumption & reality shifting right now
âI know someone whoâs fallen into some dangerous beliefs, how can I help them? Check out my #deradicalization tag! (If you want to share this info with someone who isnât on Tumblr, use this link instead!)
"Iâm trying to get out of a shitty situation, what can I do?â See my post, âIâm in a bad place and need to get out, what can I do?â
âWhy havenât you posted anything about X? Probably for one of the following reasons:
My primary focus is right wing conspiracy theories, and the beliefs/narratives that surround them.
I am a forgetful fuck; things can slip my mind indefinitely.
I literally do not know enough on this topic to say anything meaningful on it at this time.
I have simply never heard of X.
I literally did (maybe even post about it semi-regularly), but you missed it.
Please understand that researching conspiracy theories takes a lot of time and can be pretty draining. Thereâs an immense amount of media to go through, and that media is often some of the most hateful shit youâll ever find. Sometimes I need days to decompress from it.
âDo you recommend any resources?â Yup, over here!
i didnât even realize this was a flat earth thing at first, i thought it was sincere, i thought this was advocating solar worship

im so much less into myths than most people who are into ethnography. they feel pretty insignificant to me, except insofar as they directly inscribe worldview. like theyre not interesting at all as stories, theyre only interesting insofar as they describe how they imagine the world to be physically structured, things like that. but people LOVE myths. pretty boring
I guess historically there was always a hope that we could discover a language or taxonomy of allegory, like a "key" to myths that systematizes them. I think myths are frustrating because they have compelling fragments of meaning, they feel somewhat patterned, but they're still mostly arbitrary and irreducible. It's a bit like dreams, so there's commonality between this stuff and dream interpretation, but I think it also relates to philology which was a rare win where some of this stuff actually bore out. In the same way we talk about "physics envy" I think a lot of fields have "linguistics envy", or did at least around the late 19th/early 20th century.
Unfortunately it seems like this mostly doesn't work and there's a ton of context and path-dependence that you just can't deal with unless you have detailed records. I feel like to the extent this stuff still exists it got handed off to the new field of propaganda/marketing, which can dispense with the hard question of what past myths "meant" and were "for", and just try to develop a heurstic, forward-looking, instrumental mythopoesis.
what are the attempts like
* prĂŚparatio evangelica: all myths are people trying, well or badly, to tell the gospel, which is an attractor in storyspace. join my church.
* prĂŚparatio francomuraria: " " " the story of my secret fraternity " ". join my lodge
* jung: myths are an anatomy of psychic organs common to the species and/or world-soul, go to therapy.
* eueuhemerism: myths are all historical sources, join my ufo cult.
