Peach cheesecake. ❤️ Made this cheesecake for a friend. Crust was made with oats and nuts. The layers were a baked peach custard and the top layer is a lighter gelatin set peach custard with whipped cream. Topped with of course fresh poached peaches and a peach jelly. Stuffed cabbage. 🤤 ❤️ I stuffed my cabbage with ground beef, lamb and pork. I added rice inside which helps absorb all those yummy juices while cooking.
