Ingredients: 1 ripe cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cubed. 1 ripe honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, and cubed. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice. 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. Freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put the cubed cantaloupe and honeydew melon in a large bowl. Pour the fresh lime juice over the cubes of melon. Add sea salt and chopped fresh mint leaves to the melon.
