Ingredients: 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed. 4 large carrots, sliced. 3 potatoes, diced. 1 onion, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 4 cups beef broth. 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. 1 tsp dried thyme. 1 tsp dried rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a slow cooker, combine beef, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic. In a separate bowl, mix together beef broth, diced tomatoes, flour, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Pour the broth mixture over the beef and vegetables in the slow cooker.
