what i think genshin boys type would be… y'all this is rushed asf and was written in like 10 mins on a bus so don’t think this chicken-scratch even matches  my actual writing, I was the English valedictorian after all.

Xiao (my beloved emo yaksha)

I personally think he doesn’t give a shit how you look, the man is 2000+ years old he’s above that, I think its more personality for him. someone quiet, calm and preferably not clingy is all he wants, someone he can bask in the presence of without having them talking and bothering him 24/7 so he is still able to attend to his duties as a yaksha (same here bestie)

Albedo (my beloved mad scientist)

He also isn’t one to care about looks, he wants someone smart, calm, quiet and confident. I think smarts is probably the biggest factor he wants someone to ramble about alchemy and have them understand and get into deep conversation with and maybe even double as his lab partner. I don’t see him being able to deal with an airhead considering he doesn’t have the greatest attention span.

Scaramouche (Will he do the fandango?)

He isn’t picky about looks but you HAVE to be shorter than him, he loves being taller than you it makes him feel powerful. as for personality I think he would like someone that is either a really smart sadist like him or a masochistic airhead that he can use to his liking. 

Xingqiu (my beloved book twink)

Looks don’t matter but he’d prefer if you were shorter so he could tease the living shit out of you for it (i know from experience), as for personality and other shit you better be smart otherwise he probably won’t even pay you any attention, as for books it would be easy to win him over if you were also a bookworm but if not it doesn’t matter I guess you just have to be good at pulling pranks.

Chongyun (the Hotter Jack Frost)

TBH I think he would be grateful for anyone to be looking at him romantically…or sexually. I’m sorry but this mans ego is so low from Xingqiu’s pranks that it doesn’t matter if your looks are akin to a deformed hillichurl and your an absolute airhead he would love you no matter what. (i bet your really pretty/handsome tho)

OK so i originally wrote this differently but someone was kind enough to point out a few things in his voice lines and story that contradict what my dumb ass wrote and i also sorta hated the old nickname i gave him so heres the edited version:

Kaeya does care about looks and prefers attractive people that he can show off  for looks but he also admires smart and outgoing people.i feel like he wouldn’t care as much about looks if you were very well educated and spoken person.

standing atop the mountain, liyue still looks beautiful despite it being late at night. you looked at the harbor carefully, as if to take a mental photo of it. you adored liyue, but it was not home. not anymore. not since the death of rex lapis. something changed that day. it never felt the same.

“it gets dangerous out here at night,” a voice says. “you should return home.”

you’d be frightened if anyone else suddenly spoke to you like that, but that voice belonged to none other than zhongli, the mysterious consultant from wangsheng funeral parlor. you had gotten the chance to meet him due to your mutual friendship with hu tao. he was… interesting to say the least. very smart as well, but something about him made you feel confused. you were never able to put your finger on it.

“that’s what i’m trying to do.” you say softly. you turn towards him. “i… don’t believe this is my home anymore.”

“hmm? why is that?” he questions. “is this not where you grew up? where you’ve created a life for yourself?”

you lower your gaze. “yes… but… the liyue in front of me is not the one i grew up in.”

he steps closer to you and looks out towards the harbor. “maybe not. liyue is changing, but it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s changing for the worst.” he remarks. “liyue will always be the liyue morax founded.” he tells you. “we’re simply progressing into a new age, is all.”

“but… things will be so different without rex lapis… and everything that has happened, i just…” you sigh, unable to put your thoughts into words. “do you believe everything will be okay, zhongli?” you look to him.

his eyes haven’t shifted away from the harbor, but a soft grin appears on his face. “i believe it will.”

I feel like he would a cooking streamer, like you know those cooks who stream while they cook? Yeah those I feel like he does that and is probably famous for it

Besides that he does game IF his fans request it (maybe once a week he does a gaming stream)

He likes hearing advices from his fans and stuff so he could do better and also loves testing out new recipes from them

I feel like he’s a pretty amateur cook with some skills (that’s why he takes advice)

I think he does well on breakfast foods (mostly pancakes, likes putting edible flowers and homemade maple syrup on it)

Has a discord server but has probably regret it after people mass pinged him once (he had to put a rule to not mass ping him and only for emergencies)

I have this feeling he goes to the store while streaming, people are looking at him but he’s just minding his own business and getting his ingredients and what not may also streams other things like some daily activities?

prompt 12: “you talk in your sleep, you know.”

Kaeya rarely got sick. He took care of himself and if he felt a cold coming on, he'd figure out a way to push through it. But one particular bad winter, a flu came through the gates of Mondstadt and nearly took out the entire Knights of Favonius.

You got sick and recovered shortly before Kaeya got sick. He thought his immune system was stronger and was confident he wasn't going to get sick but upon waking up in the middle of the night to throw up, he knew he had been infected.

When Kaeya was sick, Kaeya was grumpy. He didn't give you affection (which was fine) or tell you his usual flirty jokes. He wasn't mean but he was definitely unpleasant to be around. In fact, he actually kicked you to the couch most nights with a defense of not wanting you to get sick again.

After sneaking back into the bedroom one night, you realized the true reason Kaeya didn't want to sleep with you while he was sick.

Kaeya looked ethereal as he dozed off on your side of the bed. His hair was loose from its usual ponytail and he was wearing an oversized sweater you didn't even know he owned. The moonlight peaked through the curtains and illuminated his face, highlighting his smooth skin. His eyepatch was on the bedside table and you leaned down to press a soft kiss to the closed eye that was normally covered.

"Snowflake."

Scared you had woken Kaeya up, you jolted back. Preparing an apology you realized your boyfriend was still asleep. Wondering if you were hearing things, you leaned back and watched Kaeya for a moment longer.

"Y/N."

A small smile creeped onto your face. No wonder he didn't want you around this week - Kaeya talked in his sleep when he was sick.

Knowing Kaeya might get mad at you when he woke you, you still snuggled up against him. You pulled the blankets above the both of you and opted to prop yourself up on your elbow. Your own hand absentmindedly traveled to Kaeya's and you laced your fingers together.

"Y/N."

You grinned again and trailed your free hand along his jaw, "Yes?" You wondered what he was dreaming about and if he could hear you.

There was a short silence before literally Kaeya rolled into you in his slumber. "Love...you..." He said quietly.

"I love you, too," You told him. Finally, you closed your own eyes and joined Kaeya in dreamland.

Shocked to see you the next morning, Kaeya sat up startled which woke you up as well. You groggily opened your eyes and let out a yawn, peeling away from Kaeya and sitting up yourself.

"You slept with me?" He demanded, his cheeks turning red. "What if I got you sick?"

"Relax," You chuckled, “You talk in your sleep, you know.”

Kaeya groaned and hid his face in his hands. "Yeah, I know," He mumbled, "I didn't want you to know."

You found his hand away and rubbed his knuckles soothingly. "It was cute," You told him.

Your boyfriend sighed and finally turned to look at you. He was as flustered as could be and his eyes weren't meeting your own. "What did I say?"

"Mostly my name. You told me you loved me."

He finally cracked a small smile and sighed again, leaning towards you and pressing his forehead against yours. "Please don't tell anyone," He whispered, "It's embarrassing."
