Dear Ty, Do u have a playlist for EOC or the characters? I made a Zuko playlist based on songs he reminds me of and it was kinda the best playlist I ever made…

Hi thank you for writing!!! You asked a really fun question cause I love music 😊 No need to be nervous. Well... In actual fact I have a writing playlist which is also was my Avatar RPG playlist. It is a general atlaverse sound track that I play while I write.
EOC was created by 4 things happening simultaneously.
My atla rpg campaign companions moving away all in the same year and, having created a whole campaign and first iteration of Kiyoi as a Character and feeling she was too good to just sit in a notebook.
Discovering the song Change by NF and thinking. Damn this is Zuko coded.
hitting writers block with my personal novel but needing to write something and have something to practice my scheduling
The song Ma Meilleure Ennemie for Arcane came out and I was obsessed with it. And I thought: "wouldn't it be angsty if I took the character Kiyoi tweaked her and had her be Zuko's Love interest turned enemy at the Crossroads of Destiny because she chose different to him..." Oooooooh and EoC was born.
So I guess you could say those two songs are Kiyoko's origins.
One song I have in mind for a chapter 19 and 20 that I feel can be a conversation between Zuko and Kiyoi during the day of black Sun is City Walls by 21 Pilots. And it is so visceral in my head. If I was talented I'd do an animatic of it. (You might have to settle for a comic in the distant future)
But I had too many songs to write here so I went and made a playlist of songs I feel chronologically document the journey of Kiyoko. Some of the first few songs I feel are Kiyoi and Zuko as characters, you'll have to guess which song is for who. But I hope you enjoy 🥰
