Does anyone else get this??
My anxiety is being a bitch currently. Not in the “my brain hates me and tells me shitty things” kind of way which is kind of a change. More like “my brain thought it would be funny to do the boiling frog experiment but instead of a frog, it's me and instead of slowly turning up the heat until the water is boiling, it's slowly turning up my anxiety until it's at borderline if not full panic attack for literally no reason”.
