Even you aren’t big on Jonathan or the relationship he had with Nancy, you can’t deny that he played a big part in her character’s story. He is more than just a boyfriend to her, he’s a pillar in her life. Putting him below characters who aren’t Nancy’s family, and Barbara, shows how little research was put into the list. Might as well admit you aren’t a fan of her character at all.
