By persisting in your desired beliefs. The minute you notice negative thoughts, remember that they are simply ideas for you to approve or disapprove of. Acknowledge them neutrally, and tell yourself that you do not approve of them. Then re-affirm your desired belief. This takes a bit of discipline at first, but eventually you will automatically re-affirm and persist.

Continue to persist and work on your subconscious beliefs. Truth is, you seem to still have a lot of doubt and anxiety about manifesting and your own power. Remember that you are only aware of your conscious decision-making during the manifesting process. Everything else happens subconsciously and in the 4D. And since you are always manifesting and shifting, there’s constantly things happening in the background that you aren’t aware of. All of your desires already exist, and they are being processed as we speak.

However you believe you will. I’m not sure what else to say. You have access to all these different methods, and you can either pick one of them that you like or come up with your own. As long as you affirm that it works for you, and persist in that belief, it has to work.

when people ask, “how do i shift?” they’re usually imagining that awareness is here and the desired reality is somewhere else. but if reality is experienced through awareness, then what is there to travel to?
the moment you’re aware of a reality, you’ve already shifted awareness to it.
that’s why i stopped treating shifting like a dramatic event i had to induce. i no longer see it as something that requires symptoms, methods, perfect timing, or waiting.
awareness doesn’t need to move through space to experience something new. a change in awareness is the shift itself.
shifting became much simpler when i stopped asking, “how do i get there?” and started recognizing that awareness is already what every reality appears in.
you don’t shift by forcing the "physical" with a method
thinking that you can't manifest while obsessed is an assumption.
thinking that you can't manifest if you worry is an assumption.
thinking that you can't manifest if you doubt is an assumption.
thinking that you can't manifest with a dysregulated nervous system is an assumption.
thinking that you can't manifest if you affirm from lack (fuck that concept lol like what even) is an assumption.
thinking that you can't manifest if you do WHATEVER is an assumption.
of course manifestation is going to be more pleasant and easier if you don't waver/doubt, have a strong self concept and a good mindset but they're not required. if that were the case i wouldn't have been able to manifest anything during the time in my life where i was diagnosed with depression & two different anxiety disorders and used to be deeply insecure.
i definitely do recommend working on things like self concept and mindset though, simply because it makes life easier and will improve your mental health. self concept + mindset = easy mode for everything
but the point of this post is: every time someone tries to tell you that you can't manifest if you do x, fuck that! the only rule to LOA is that you make your own rules and then stick to them. that's literally it... quit coming up with unnecessary limiting beliefs that only make it harder for you when you could just not do that!
please start coming up with freeing/unlimiting beliefs instead 😭 tell yourself that you can always manifest no matter what you do, that you are a master manifestor, or just whatever floats your boat

Non-dualism is the recognition that there is no separation between you and reality, awareness and experience. There is only awareness, appearing as all phenomena: thoughts, sensations, perceptions, what is called the external world.
The person you believe you are is not a fixed identity, it is merely a pattern of thoughts and memories experienced by awareness.
In non dualism, your true nature is consciousness or awareness. Everyone's true essence is consciousness, and it makes up everything you see: the ego, the physical world, the imagination, everything. This all exists because consciousness let it exist, meaning you, as the creator, expect it and allow it to be.
There is no authority higher than awareness, yet awareness is not a being. It is not human, not otherworldly, not a force, not a person. It is everything and it is nothing. The “power” to shift, change, select is not owned, but it is simply the fact of identification. Whatever awareness identifies with, it materializes. Whatever is taken to be “I,” becomes experienced in the external.
You are simply awareness identifying/living as a human, which means you aware of a ego. An ego is simply the human you are aware of: their visual field, 5 senses, thoughts, emotions, feelings, all of it!
The ego is not an entity, it is the illusion of being a person, the thought “I am this.” It is simply a cluster of sensory data and thought appearing in the field. The sense of “my senses,” “my thoughts,” “my experience,” arises only through misidentification. Drop that, and what remains is pure being: awareness itself.
You’re not a human trying to reach awareness, you are awareness appearing as a human. The only limitation is believing you are the ego: the thoughts, the personality, the sense of being a separate self in a physical world. That belief filters your experience to match it.
The ego isn’t the one manifesting anything. It’s just the appearance of a character in the dream (the physical). What’s actually manifesting the dream is awareness itself. The moment something is fully accepted as true, it appears. Not because a person made it happen, but because identification shifted.
Everything is consciousness. Imagination and "real life/3d" are not different from each other, they are the same appearance, made of the same thing. When awareness identifies as the ego, the ego’s world plays out. When that identity drops, the experience shifts.
You don't become awareness, you just realize you never were anything else. Theres nothing to fix, nothing to get, because as awareness, you have everything already, you just need to decide/select it and it is done. There is no desiring when you already have it. You just refuse the old and accept the new.
Selection is not a doing, it’s simply no longer denying what is already true.
Ok but get to the burning question, how do I "manifest" something?
You don’t. Not really, but hear me out.
You dont "manifest" as a person. What’s called “manifestation” is just awareness identifying with a new version of reality.
Because all possibilities already exist in awareness, nothing needs to be created. You’re not making something happen, you’re dropping the identity that says it is not already so.
What you are being = what you are claiming as “I am.”
Not what you say.
Not what you visualize.
Not what you feel.
Only what you be.
There is no gap between desirer and desired, as both arise within awareness. The “thing” and the “one who wants it” are the same illusion.
Drop the self who wants the thing →
The thing appears because there is no one left to need it.
You can’t lack anything if you are the source of all of it. Lack only appears when you think you’re a separate self (ego) who has to get. If that identity isn’t claimed, neither is the feeling of want or desire or need.
From non-duality, there’s no “manifesting” something outside of you, because nothing is outside. There’s just awareness appearing as whatever is identified with. That’s it.
It’s not about making it happen. It’s about not identifying as the one who lacks.
So:
Drop the story of “I want it.” Ignore the ego, do not claim its thoughts or feelings or external world as yours.
Be the version where it’s normal, obvious, already here. Decide what it is the ego "wants" and claim it to be true now. Identify as the ego (person) who has it, rather than the ego who doesn't. As awareness, both those identities hold equal weight, so pick the one that suits you best.
Don’t wait for it. There’s no waiting in being. If you’re waiting, you’re still wanting.
That’s literally it. "Manifestation" is not doing. It’s being.
But how do I become a new identity???
Identity is not built. It’s selected. You don’t need to feel like it nor think like it. You only need to know: This is who I am now. And you refuse to claim anything else.
Think about it like choosing clothes, you dont need to "become" a new outfit. you put it on. done. no waiting, no steps, no convincing.
You are awareness, you can be anything and have anything. So select it and in that moment, it is DONE, it is now your truth. Stand firm in that decision and ignore anything against it.
Wait Evangeline...but what about thoughts or affirmations??? Arent they what manifests???
If you are coming from a loa perspective, this might be what you are thinking.
Well its not the thought or affirmation themselves, it is the stance behind it. They don't create reality, the identification does.
If you identify as the version who has it, the experience reflects that. If you identify as someone trying to get it, then trying is what shows up.
Think of it like this:
When you open a door, you don’t have to affirm “I open the door” over and over. You just open it, because you know you can. You already identify as someone who opens doors. It’s natural.
Affirmations can help if they express what’s already true for you. But if you’re using them to convince yourself, then you’re still not being it, you’re still trying. I find that affirmations are often not necessary, as if you know you are something, you don't need convincing. The only thing that needs convincing is the old ego, but you aren't that anymore so ignore it.
Like, if you have a car, you don’t affirm it 10k times daily to keep it. You just know it’s yours. You are the version who has a car. That’s the only reason it's there.
Same with anything else. You have it when you're not trying to get it. You are it when there’s nothing left to prove.
Doubts from the ego don’t matter. Ego doesn’t choose. Ego has no part in what is identified with, nor what is "manifested." Awareness does. The one watching the doubt (awareness) isn’t doubting. Ignore the ego, don't claim its thoughts and doubts as you. It is not the real you, you are the observer.
Now for the big guy in question... the 3d:
The "3d" is not real in itself, it is simply a mirror of identity. The external world is not separate from you. It is a reflection of identity, projected through awareness. It appears “outside,” but it is arising within consciousness, just like imagination. The 3d does not exist independent of awareness.
You don't change it by pushing on it or screaming at it, you change it by dropping identification with what it reflects.
The "3d" is not a cause, not a source, and definitely not a judge. It is a reflection of what's being identified with (not what's being thought, affirmed, or forced by the ego).
There is no need to worry about the external because:
It is you projected as form, it is not separate from you
The "3d" is not the source, it has no authority to determine what is real. You do.
It has no power, so it cant show anything that isn't being projected by you as the creator.
It always has to mirror who you are being, it has no choice
No need to worry. The 3D follows you. Always. Because it is you.
If it’s showing something unwanted, it’s because identity hasn’t shifted yet. That’s all. But do not get caught up in this, as time is not real to infinite awareness. Choose to stop observing the "3d" of the old ego, choose to stop giving it attention, and it will cease to exist.
If you get doubts from the ego, ignore them, remind yourself that it is "not me" and "not mine." You are the observer, the one who has everything, so don't pay attention to the ego with lack. It is not you anymore.
Be indifferent to the old ego's "3d," be indifferent to its lack. If you see it still, just observe, and know it is not yours.
Do not think this means you have to abandon the old ego's life if you still "see" it. You can still do things in the old 3d without identifying with it or claiming it. Simply know it is no longer you.
How to know you are the new identity:
You no longer ask "Am I doing it right." You no long chase proof and you no longer entertain the old storyline. You stand in: "This is what I am. Nothing else matters.”
It is not about effort, it is simply refusal + knowing + indifference to all else.
you have shifted before. these aren't affirmations, you have 100% guaranteed shifted before. and you continue to shift as you live your life. this is completely unavoidable, every decision you make is shifting you to alternate realities, even if you are unaware of it.
you can tell yourself that you are unable to shift, that it's impossible for you, and you will never manage it. and your 3d will reflect that mantra. but what it cannot do is prevent you from shifting. it can make it appear as if shifting is impossible- but it can never actually inhibit you from shifting.
no matter what you tell yourself, you cannot stop yourself from shifting. you can, however, choose where and when you would like to shift to a specific reality. you will never reach a state of "no return". being completely unable to shift is much harder (and quite literally impossible) than just... shifting.

The very concept of mindset refers to the brain, which does not shift. That is, your doubts and fears are primarily the brain. You are aware of yourself in a reality where you have a different brain, different experiences, and different beliefs. That is, the brain in the current reality is not involved in awareness.It remains here and continues its functioning processes.
But let's be honest, how many times have you tried to change your mindset and each time doubts and fears that it won't work returned? In fact, this is absolutely normal, because most of us are hearing about shifting for the first time and this information contradicts past experience, so the brain resists.
Personally, from my observations, what influences is, let’s say, what you focus your attention on. This does not mean the absence of any negative thoughts, since, for example, my brain is a terrible skeptic and I won’t believe it until I see it. And yes, I am a skeptic who has results.
And thinking along the lines of: “You need to know that you will shift and not doubt it” can not only not help, but also completely kill the desire to shift.
Focusing on the end result doesn't mean not doubting. It means that despite doubts, you maintain focus and don't give in to those thoughts. While you are at the helm, no negative thoughts or doubts will affect the result.
Now let's take this a just take this a tinyyy bit further.
At night, when you're lying in bed, thousands of thoughts pass through your mind. Memories, worries, plans, dreams, emotions, could be your dr, could be the thought of getting into the void, all of them appear before you in your mind.
But if you can notice your thoughts, then your thoughts have become the observed.
And if your thoughts are being observed, then there must be something doing the observing
In that exact moment, your thoughts and the observer cannot be the same thing.
The same idea applies to your body,
You can look at your hands. You can see your face in a mirror. You can notice your heartbeat, your emotions, and even your personality changing over time, you cannot be the observed if you are observing yet here you are observing yourself
If you can observe all of these things, then are you really any of them?
Who is the one that is aware of them?
Imagine a mirror somehow became conscious and tried to see itself,it might think that it is what it reflects and not the one reflecting it yk? the mirror is not its reflections, it is not the image the object the tree the person standing infront of it, it is the one reflecting the images
Likewise,
Think of your mind as containing many "reflections"
Thoughts
Emotions
Memories
Desires
Fears
These mental states keep changing. minute to minute If they constantly changing, can they really be what you fundamentally are?
or are they just reflections appearing within awareness?
"I notice that I'm anxious."
there are 2 things happening here, your anxiety is present and there's something else aware of the anxiety

The awareness is the mirror
The awareness doesn't become anxious
It just notices the anxiety

What is the observer then?
the double split experiment in quantum physics says the same things. without an observer light behaves as a wave and with an observer light behaves as a particles which means that the presence of an observer affects reality

so then if you exist who is observing you?
which points to a realization that you are not in this universe you are the universe, you are the consciousness that the universe stems from,it runs from and one day will end from. you are shiva,vishnu as well as brahma. this is why jesus in the bible has said god is within you. its very important you do not become egoistical about this however, this knowledge will serve its true purpose once you completely disregard the ego
the advait vedanta a thousand years ago called this aham brahmasmi
you are not running out of time, there is no rush, there is no deadline. in the end of the day, there will always be your DR. there will always be multiple versions of you completely dependant on whether you CHOOSE to be aware of them or not. reality and manifestation moves at whatever pace you wish it to, as does shifting.
let go of your ego. your identity. your silly concepts and attachments.
reality is shaped by what you perceive.
your physical self is not permanent, your current reality is not permanent, nothing is permanent except for your natural state. what you experience as solid reality has no fixed essence. stop clinging to the false 3d and you’ll experience reality directly.
you are powerful and so much more than your physical body. what has happened to you in this life only shapes you the way you wish it to, it does not define you. negative words and actions directed towards you do not define you. past experiences do not define you.
you are inevitable.

And don’t get me wrong, my goal is never going to be to dismiss your perceptions or insecurities, but speaking objectively and taking into account the fact that the very nature of the consciousness’ behavior is to constantly shift, I am indeed correct in saying that the statement in question is a complete fallacy.
Consciousness is the purest form of your being, and shifting is intrinsic to it; one cannot exist without the other. Continuity is nothing more than an illusion we maintain to give reality structure. You are constantly shifting without realizing it; it is not something you try to do, nor does it require any extra effort. It is simply there and happens regardless of any negative thoughts that cross your mind.
Something that personally helped me a lot and that I also like to think of this way, even if it’s a little silly, is that reality is just like a cardboard set from a children’s play, the kind made of recycled cardboard with little drawings on it, the kind of set you can push over quickly and easily shatter the unfolding scene. The reality in front of you isn’t that tragic; it has no power over you and doesn’t claim to have any. It’s not a threat, much less a prison where you’re serving a life sentence ¡ ! Just push the damn cardboard. Shifting is even easier than that simple physical action because you’re already there. The problem is that you don’t want to see it! (Or maybe you just can't believe it).
⋆𐙚 ̊. have you ever felt unmotivated to shift out of nowhere, not felt connected to your dr, or simply thought that it would be better to try another day? let me reassure you that there’s a reason behind this pattern.
— unmotivated = your ego is purposely making you feel unmotivated to shift, so you just don’t feel like doing it
— doubts = your ego is telling you all the “what ifs” to make you hesitate
— not connected = your ego makes you think being connected to your dr is a feeling. but it’s not. so if you don’t feel connected, you assume you can’t shift. a win for the ego
— fear of change = the fear of knowing you’re going to experience a whole new life is your ego trying to keep you in what’s already familiar here
— overthinking = your ego keeps you stuck in your head, making you analyze every single thing instead of shifting
— indecisive = when you can’t decide where to shift, your ego makes you think you need to have a clear goal in mind instead of just trusting yourself
— maybe not today = your ego gives you reasons to stay and you listen every time
notice how these things usually happens right when you’re about to shift? that’s not random at all. it’s just your ego trying to keep you exactly where you are. and i can only assume it has worked, right? it’s supposed to sound convincing because your ego is meant to keep you in what already feels familiar. but the good thing is that your ego is not you! you don’t have to keep letting it make decisions for you.
“but how do i silence my ego?”
for me, it’s not about silencing it. it’s more about understanding that whenever i feel more drawn to this reality than my dr, is only because it’s my ego’s feelings and not mine. that way, it becomes much easier for me to not listen to what it’s saying. it also becomes easier to reframe those thoughts to something that aligns with my goal instead of continuing to listen to thoughts i don’t even want. it puts me in control instead of my ego!

i feel like i’ve talked about this before but just as a refresher:
in the case that you intend to shift and it “doesn’t work” continue to persist with your affirmations anyway and know that anything that goes against your new assumption is just the old narrative dying out. you don’t need to panic or worry about your manifesting power because remember, you are always in control. you just need to persist. don’t allow ego to keep you boxed in. you’ve grown out of the old story so allow it to clear itself from your 3d.
You know what is the funny thing about infinity? There is an exact parallel reality to this one, where you shifted to your dr because you sighed, or because you dropped a pencil, or because you ate something delicious.
And you know what stops you from being aware of that reality? Nothing!
My dearest little sprouts. There's all this talk about methods, about necessities, about mindsets. And if it aligns for you, that is amazing! But if it doesn't, there's absolutely nothing stopping you from changing your perspective.
Anything, absolutely anything that anyone says is necessary to be able to shift, is completely different in a version of this reality that looks and feels the exact same way. So in the end, whatever you decide is necessary for you to shift, is only up to one person, and I think by now you know who that is? Exactly. It will always be you.
There are realities where you shifted after you fell off the toilet. Never forget that you make all the rules💚
*through gritted teeth* the world is GOOD. people are kind. Humans are NOT inherently selfish. you will make it through this year. recovery is possible. people you don't know yet will love you. You are going to do things you can't even imagine right now. You are going to read a rlly good book. You are going to eat some rlly good food. You are going to experience joy again. Things can get better. Situations can change. You can choose to be kinder. The world can change for the better.
imagine someone found out about shifting an hour ago and they know absolutely nothing about it, what would you want them to know first?
i would give them this little creation i just thought up,
the human-made layers of shifting pulled back, aka the nexus of shifting
i. what is shifting?
you exist across the multiverse's infinite realities. right now, your awareness is here. does it have to be? no, you are not dr. manette and this reality is not your bastille. shifting is switching your awareness between realities, from one to another. you can be wherever you like with whoever you want doing whatever you please.
ii. how does one shift?
persist, don't complicate. it's not a physical journey. you are not on the pequod's tumultuous voyage. people lose sight of shifting and make it this big thing that they need to find the answer to because they forget what it actually is. refer to part i, where i said that you already exist in every other reality. that's what people lose sight of. you are not going anywhere when you shift, and you absolutely don't need to seek out something that will "make" you shift. you're already there and the 3d will reflect that. drop the torches, call off the search party, and please, refrain from sending out the hounds.
sidebar on methods: you don't need them. that doesn't mean you shouldn't use them. they can be engaging. they can be helpful, especially when you come across one that resonates with you. the issue is born when you internalize that you're obligated to use one. don't put all your reliance onto an external source that you think is going to be your yellow brick road to your desired reality.
iii. faq: why, then, is there a delay, when shifting could be instant? why do some people shift before others? why do some people shift on their first "try"?
your brain, that lovely, analytical beast, is entirely evidentiary. i said don't complicate, but the brain does love to complicate. cut it some slack, we all have flaws. it does not want to roll with the idea that one moment you can be in this reality and the next, in an entirely different one. that contradicts all its collected data. you, however, will shift regardless. your intention is secure. there is no such thing as a blockage in shifting, at least not in the way of being cut off from it 1945 iron curtain style. it is true that in this reality we've been conditioned in a way that lends itself to complication, but that doesn't stop anyone from shifting.
don't argue with your doubts. don't negotiate with the spiral. this is not a corporate hierarchy. don't define a morning in this reality as a "failed attempt". the shift is inevitable. in the meantime, do what you like. visualization, affirmation, or absolutely nothing. there is no requirement. there is no correct answer. go with what is innate. your intention will see you through.
the only right way to shift is your own . it's entirely dependent on you , personal to a fault , the way drs and other things related to shifting are . you can frankenstein together a method by ' stealing ' bits and pieces from others' methods , or just ditch doing a method altogether . take as many breaks as you want , or take none at all . it doesn't matter , not if you think you don't need it or want it . that's why people say you shift yourself — because the method is something you can switch out or tweak at any time , only to make your experience more fun and comfortable .
not only that , but when the only right way to shift is your own , it also means that you don't have to do anything different . why would you , when shifting is something you already naturally do ? you don't have to force yourself to " align " with the " correct " energies , nor do you have to overthink about whether or not a particular action " allows " you to shift , because spoiler alert , you shift no matter what .
so yeah , shifting is a deeply personal thing , and the key to it / right way to shift / whatever other lingo shiftblr comes up with is just your own . take what you like and ditch the rest . don't force yourself to do anything , and don't stress yourself out . you yourself are enough because you already know how to shift , it's a natural thing , something that you already do .

i am currently experiencing this overhaul of a perspective shift right now courtesy of the shifter who goes by @shiftwith_alex on tiktok and my spirit guides so, as always, i’d like to offer you guys who have trouble “letting go” a new outlook…
perhaps it’s not that you need to “let go” of everything in the moment. perhaps that is too much pressure for you. so instead, pivot to believing that you can remain in control and aware without choking the outcome. you are capable of balance. of control and flow. of being aware and immersed.
if you’re a person who over monitors your experience, know that you can overcome that. know that it’s only because you think you need confirmation the experience is occurring but you don’t need to pre-validate the experience before its truly begun. you don’t need certainty to be successful. practice simply experiencing your dr without the need to commentate on if it’s working or not.
refer back to my post on “almost, but not quite” and understand that if you trusted that shifting would happen regardless, you wouldn’t need to monitor it. once you trust yourself, you will realize that you don’t need more discipline in your journey. or more effort. or to completely ditch a mindset you’ve always had. when you feel safe, there is no need to fix anything about yourself because you know that, regardless, you are good.
why we should NEVER measure our shifts by this reality’s metrics

some realities are going to feel REALER than this one. let that sink in for a second. you believe that this place is as real as it gets? it’s not. life is infinite. so there very well will be realities that you experience where you’ll have access to senses you do not have here. colors that you can’t see here. languages that have no roots in the world you experience here. sounds and sights that you can’t possibly begin to perceive here.
because shifting is infinite you’ll have access to realities that don’t have the same physics as this one. where time doesn’t work the same way. hell, you may experience a reality where it’s normal to just live life “out of order” as we know it to be here. to be able to say, “oh i was 20 yesterday, and 42 today and 12 tomorrow,” and that just be accepted. the norm.
realities where yesterday and tomorrow don’t even exist and instead life is just continuous experience. realities where people aren’t people, and things aren’t things. whole realities exist out there where everything you could ever dream of exists all on one realm.
and adversely, there are realities that won’t feel as “real” as the one we have here because by our metrics of determination, it follows zero rules and yet… it exists. and you can experience it.
so what does this mean for you as a shifter? it means that in order to truly experience the greatness of shifting, you have to stop measuring your experiences by how “real” they feel according to this reality’s logic. we’re infinite!!! there is no universal logic that applies to all realities—we ARE the universe. there are no rules or metrics. do not put a box over infinity. just EXPERIENCE INFINITY!!!

After shifting for many years, sometimes this place feels more like some kind of dream, rather than what I used to see as the base of 'what reality should feel like.'
I think more people should see that not only can you shift somewhere that might feel more dream-like, but you can also shift to places that feel so, so much more ''real'' that this place is nothing in comparison.
