ways i regulate when circumstances are circumstancing.
1. I Cry
2. I take deep breaths
3. I sit outside & alone to process
4. I do a short affirming session (5 min max)
5. I take a moment to do self care
6. I read a protection psalm to feel grounded (usually psalm 91)
7. I sleep it off
now remember. if you have issues regulating your emotions, or if you feel as if you're doing something wrong because you're not feeling great while manifesting. trust me, it does not matter. emotions will never and has never played a detrimental part in the law of assumption as long as you never allow your current emotions dictate the identity and reality you chose. this isn't the law of attraction.
this post is to help any others who are struggling emotionally with their manifestation journey, as many tend to forget that we are all still human and are bound by our current realities senses. people will feel and they will react.
do not overburden yourself, and please take care and focus on yourself more than you do your desires. because at the end of the day, YOU will always matter more than any manifestation.

i find it hard for me to focus on my loa and shifting journey right now because everything happend to me so fast recently and i still can't comprehend some things in my life. so, i decided i'm taking you all for a journey to my success.
today's subject is self-concept and how do i build it. answering the question: through affirmation. i mostly affirm before going to sleep because that's when i feel the most powerful and calm but it's up to you how, when and if you're gonna do it. also, sometimes i just tell myself those words throughout the day!!!
"i am not bound to any reality in any way."
"the 3d changes the moment i decide it has to change."
"i am awareness."
"3d is flexible and manageable up to my whims."
"i have ideal self-concept."
"my emotions don't dictate the outcome of my manifestation."
those are both my affirmations as well as inspired or taken from shiftblr blogs. for me, working on my base is so important and i hope i helped you all somehow :3
‧˚꒰🍨꒱ ₊˚⋆ Analogy: why ur dr isn’t more special than ur cr ୧ ‧₊˚🍨 ೀ⊹˚.
Okay so we all heard it before: don’t put ur dr on a pedestal.
Now this might be easier said than done for some ppl bcuz ofc u might script ur dr too be a happier place for urself and everyone BUT lemme give u a new perspective on how ur dr isn’t inherently any better than ur cr!!
So let’s imagine two exact same plates with the only difference being the food on top. The concept of a reality doesn’t change with how much you like said reality, it exists in a neutral state. Just how a plates purpose doesn’t change with each placed dish. It will always just be a neutral plate with the same purpose to hold food.
Okay now let’s take a closer look at the dishes. One of the plates could carry ur least favourite dish whereas the second plate could have ur number one favourite food. Therefore you are preferring that plate solely based on the food not bcuz of its plate. You prefer said reality based on ur experiences there.
This is veryyyy subjective bcuz no person likes and dislikes the same thing. So ur fav dish could be someone else’s nightmare. All realities are neutral and what seems amazing to u would not be suited for others. All realities are just neutral places that you give meaning to.
If anyone wants to say “there are different plates with some being prettier or more expensive while others are chipped or broken“. Even this is subjective. Now some people might prefer a pretty plate while others hold nostalgic feelings towards the chipped and used plate. But at the end of the day even this doesn’t change the purpose of the plate therefore remains neutral.
We give meaning to places and things and people and drs but we have to remember that this reality is the same worth as all the others do. This reality might not be your favourite but it’s not any worse than other realities.
And now let’s take this one step further. You are in control of what you eat. Therefore you can decide which dish you’d prefer: ur cr or ur dr. It’s like ordering food at a restaurant. Both dishes can realistically be made. There isn’t any difference between them. One isn’t better or easier than the other. The chef is capable of making both. You are capable of deciding which one u want as easily as ordering ur fav food. Just as easily as that you “order“ ur dr. And if u happen to get a wrong order “ur cr“ u know it doesn’t belong to u and send it back to the kitchen becuz u know u ordered ur dr.
So next time you think about how much better ur dr is just remember that all realties are just neutral places for you to experience and that the plates don’t change the taste of ur food. :)

① What do you want? A car, a sp, a situation. Decided? Done. Pick whatever you want, being specific or not. the only condition is DO NOT SETTLE FOR LESS. If for example you are manifesting marrying your sp; do not just settle with just dating them, okay?
② Decide you have it. How do I decide it? Just know it, it's that easy. This is something you cannot question, once you put the awareness (knowing) in something, that is happening. Nothing exists without your awareness.
✶ “oh 𝓑ut what about the 3d, doubts and circumstances?”
3d, doubts and circumstances are all imagination and are unreal. They are forms of YOU (consciousness) and of course they dont exist because the only real thing is your awareness, therefore doubts are JUST THOUGHTS, you are aware of them but you have the POWER of setting your awareness on then. Like shopping! You don't have to buy everything you see.
Wavering: this in loasscommunity means changing your assumption for what you want and what you don't want to manifest. This often happens to people who are insecure and they go "I have this.. Oh wait *checks the 3d* I don't" which is NONSENSE! The "3d" IS UNREAL because it only changes when YOU DO!

✶ 𝓜ethods only work if you assume they will
Scripting, robotic affirmations, subliminals they all work only if you have the ASSUMPTION they will. You have the free will of doing WHATEVER YOU WANT. You can create your own method, follow a challenge, etc, it's all up to you!
✶ 𝓗ow do I know this is real?
Your whole life is made through your assumption— it is how it is. AND..thats why there's a full Tumblr about it...also YOU DON'T NEED PROOF but there's still a bunch of successful stories of famous people, models, etc etc. IT IS A FACT IT IS REAL!
so for the sake of keeping my private life private i won't go into too much detail but my SP situation is finally resolved! \(ToT)/
i'm a bit disappointed with myself for not locking in sooner, but it was definitely not an easy situation and something i haven't experienced before, so i'm trying not to be too hard on myself. as always (for me) trusting myself and letting go was the final push 😮💨
but yea this is also a reminder to only do methods/routines you actually enjoy and you know work for you (even if you're desperate). forcing yourself to do stuff that doesn't feel right and makes you feel worse will only draw out the process... trust me 😭

maybe doing an elaborate method with multiple steps eases your mind & is what makes you shift.
maybe reaching an altered state of consciousness is what makes you shift.
maybe robotic affirming and saturating your mind makes you aware of the fact that you are a master shifter & is what makes you shift.
maybe visualising and using your senses makes you feel closer to your DR & is what makes you shift.
maybe familiarising yourself with your DR and thinking as your DR self to make it all feel more mundane is what makes you shift.
maybe only setting an intention, letting go of control and the need to monitor if you're doing it "correctly" is what makes you shift.
maybe it's a mix of multiple things.
but do you know how you're never going to shift? by forcing yourself to do stuff you don't enjoy. don't do a shifting routine that makes you feel like you're working overtime!!! stop if it feels inauthentic or tedious!!! by all means please do experiment and try out stuff, but don't stick to something that obviously isn't meant for you.
i can't visualise because i have aphantasia and hate methods with multiple steps so i don't do it. i shift by setting an intention and then letting go because it is what feels most natural for me.
shifting isn't about the method/process itself specifically but rather about what makes it feel natural, achievable and safe. there's no "one fits all" key when it comes to shifting, you'll have to find out what works best for you as a person. that will be your key.
