Shifting and and manifesting are about comfort

Stop fighting negative thoughts

Everyone has had negative thoughts at some point, and many are having them right now. You constantly fight them, but nothing seems to help. Essentially, you're running in circles: first, a negative thought pops up, you start arguing with it, which only strengthens its grip on you, and the cycle repeats.

Fighting it, especially in the context of shifting and manifestation, rarely leads to anything good—honestly, there’s no real point to it. Thinking is a process of the brain, but the brain itself isn't what participates in the shifting process. You end up wasting time on something that rarely pays off. Yes, it might have worked for some people, I don't deny that. But if you’ve been doing the exact same thing for years and it’s still not working, it’s time to change your approach.

Just let your thoughts be. Let them flow like a stream—observe them, but don't engage with them in any way. Just like clouds floating across the sky, let your thoughts float through your mind. Eventually, they will fade away on their own. By withholding your attention, you strip them of their power.

Step into this role of an observer. The moment a negative thought appears, try focusing on your breath, thereby shifting your focus from the thought to the act of breathing.

Remember: something only has power as long as you give it meaning. You are the only one who decides what gets to affect you and what doesn't.

I want to remind you that shifting and manifestation are first and foremost about comfort and doing what you enjoy. If you’re doing something you don’t like, you’re the one boxing yourself in and getting in your own way.

You don’t have to chase someone else’s success or tear yourself apart to get what you want. You should enjoy being a manifester and a shifter. It shouldn’t be an obligation — it should bring you pleasure.

Guys, less stress, seriously. None of this is worth your energy and nerves, because shifting and manifesting are things anyone can do. There are methods and personal ways to do it, but the most important thing is how you feel. Relax, make yourself a cup of tea, put on your favorite movie. Forget about shifting and manifesting for a moment. Everything is already there — you don’t need to grind like a tired horse. You already have it all, and you’re already a master of manifesting and shifting.

Endless struggling only amplifies the negativity and keeps you stuck — because you’re focusing on the fact that you don’t have the result yet and that you have to grind.

Don’t argue with your thoughts, observe them and don’t engage. What matters isn’t how many actions you take, but the quality of those actions and the focus of your attention on the fact that you already can.

About shifting: I have pretty good visualization, and I also write that in my dr I’m neurodivergent like I am here, it makes it easier for me to imagine the experience compared with imagining it as a neurotypical person.

(You can manifest whatever feels easy for you; you are limitless, but that’s what’s comfortable for me personally.)

The void: practice helped me. Whenever I wanted I’d lie down, meditate, and after a number of tries I eventually slipped into the void.

thanks for the kind words. Everything will be the way you want it. You don’t need to fight the thoughts, just notice them. When a thought shows up, don’t argue with it or try to engage it; over time it will fade by itself.

I get this a lot too, but I keep insisting that my desire is already mine. I think of it like this: because of past experience our brain builds a picture of reality, and sometimes it just glitches, that’s normal.

Everyone has experienced negative manifestations. This is completely normal and natural. Moreover, for us as consciousness there is no difference and everything is equally neutral. The label good and bad was invented by our brain, or ego, call it whatever you want.

Although the brain constructs reality based on previously acquired experience, it also labels what is good and what is bad. We were taught that a high grade in school is good, and a low one is bad. We're taught that everything we've achieved is who we are, but that's not true.

No manifestation in itself has power and only we decide “oh no, I got a bad grade, my life is ruined.” Although it is possible to revise the fact that there was no bad event.

Try to look at it as just a fact that you can change. No single event defines you as a person or as a survivor. Even if it seems like the world is falling apart, it's not forever. Experience your feelings, but don't get lost in them.

This post in no way means you should ignore your feelings and emotions. You have the right to feel sad about the bad things in your life, but when you're feeling sad, you should remember: Nothing is impossible, now it hurts, but then I will get up and keep moving forward.

Remember that you can always change everything; you're not a victim of circumstances; you're the one who can do anything.

Usually I decide that I will shift, and when I want to return, I will simply wake up in the current reality as after a sleep.

I shifted there for one week, and then just wake up here.

I don't have any specific programming of my consciousness regarding timing or anything like that. I just said, "This is how it will be."

And it works.

I don't think you should worry about timing. No matter how stupid it sounds, everything will happen the way you want it. If fears and worries arise, don’t act on them, but just tell yourself: ok, everything will be my way anyway

001. I am the center of my life

Literally. Everything depends only on me. Neither circumstances nor other people can influence my life or change it in any way. At first, this put a lot of pressure on me with its responsibility, but over time I reconsidered my views and realized that this was a good boost for self-esteem. I became more confident in myself and in who I am and what I can do.

002. The world is amazing

It really is. The world is such an amazing thing that sometimes I can't even fully comprehend it. So many possibilities, so many ideas and so much that is amazing and exciting around.

003. Everything is not grey, it is colorful

I don't like the concept of "gray" because the world in general is quite colorful. Yes, there are moments when you're sad, there are moments when you're happy, but there's no static picture; something is always changing. It's neither good nor bad. it's just the way it is.

004. No matter what I do, my loved ones will accept me

I love that even though I often have crises, I know I have people I can rely on. I love my partner and my friends from my desired reality very much. And I'm sincerely glad that I can meet them and that such a thing as shifting exists.

005. Nothing is impossible

Nothing is impossible, everything depends only on me and how I decide. Complete limitlessness and freedom of choice and action. Any desire, any reality. I will repeat myself once again and I will repeat myself hundreds of times: nothing is impossible.
